The lobby is closed, so you have to use the drive thru. The drive thru is a “trapped “ style drive thru, so once you are in, you are stuck. This is bad because you will have to wait only to find out they are out of the entree that you like. I don’t understand the purpose of this location, it’s like half of what it should actually be.

There restaurant was dirty. The tables weren't clean, it was food all over the floors. It was really hot in there too, and this is coming from a person whom is not 'hot natured' and is battling low iron.The food was delicious though! The Staff were professional and friendly. With tidiness and good AC, it would be a great place. I'd visit again. Honest Feedback

I ordered the plate with orange chicken and kung pow chicken with noodles. I got plenty of orange chicken but the scoop with kung pow chicken had literally 4 tiny little pieces of chicken with mostly zucchini. I basically got a bowl with 1 protein and 2 sides but charged for a plate with 2 proteins. On the bright side, Noy was incredibly professional and nice, which is hard to come by in customer service these days. Keep him around!

I was very disappointed. The Mobile, AL location needs to take lessons from the Metaire, LA location. I thought that I would get the same excellent food at this store, but I didn't. The chow mein was hard and dry, the orange chicken was hard with no tender pieces, and brown sauce on the beef with broccoli was missing or extremely light, and the beef was grey. It was five o'clock. Do better.
Noy was very Friendly and patient as we made our selection! It was worth the 20 min drive. We well definitely be back!!!

Those baby ssa portions when you order ahead is disrespectful enough to catch a fade! I bet they do not make their own plates like that. My kid ate the plate all by herself.
Employees get on my nerves always taking advantage. Karma will come quick. The ish they do just isn't in good character.

Nastiest food i ever put in my mouth. The noodles aren't even cooked but that's apparently how they serve them I asked for rice instead and it was super hard. I don't know how this chain is open. I tried 3 different times at 2 different locations. Nasty.
