First time trying this spot. Went at a great time around 4-5 o’clock light traffic. We could place our orders on the tablet inside no rush. It then popped up on a screen, letting us know when it’s close to ready and calls us up when it’s done. However, thought we checked the bag for our food and got home didn’t have salad dressing for my salad. The second salad had dressing but it wasn’t enough for the full salad only one cup, should’ve ordered another one. Plus the bread I was suppose to have with it was just thrown in the bag. It wasn’t even wrapped up is that how it comes? Food was about a 7 and it was trash under the tables not yet cleaned from previous customers so of course we got it to-go. Hope it works on cleaning and attention to detail.👌🏾💕
We were in being interviewed by a company outside of Panera and boy was this place a mess. Crumbs in every seat and on every single table. They should definitely look into that. Don't know how the food taste. Didn't hear any greetings as people walked in.
