Wife and I had soup and sandwich with coffee. Everything was served barely warm. Also picked up a 2 dozen sesame bagels. When I got home only about 6 of the bagels were sesame while all the others were plane bagels. We have been to many Panera Bread restaurants from Louisiana to Florida and this by far was the worst experience we ever had a Panera Bread.

Horrible online order pick up process.I have been stuck in the drive through line waiting to pick up my online order for over 30 minutes.I would leave if I was not pinned in by 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind me.The staff are painfully slow and apparently incompetent. This will be my last visit to Panera for a very long time if not forever.

Tried to order a sandwich. That sandwich came on a baguette. They were out of baguettes so they wouldn't let me order the sandwich. I asked for it to be put on a different bread. The answer was NO! I asked if I could create a sandwich with those ingredients and a different bread. Again the answer was NO. So disappointing that they won't make the sandwich I want. I'm actually
