The girl who answers the phone wouldn’t tell me if my pick up order was ready when I asked She said I’m not sure it’ll be on the counter if it is.. You can’t walk over there and look?? I got my 2yr old with me I’m not trying to sit inside and wait. All she had to do was walk 10 feet over and look for me. How lazy can you be????

It was terribly cold inside.This Panera place looked not so nice and comphy as previous.The squash soup was very sweet( that doesn't make sense),half of sandwich is too small for this price.Generally the place is pricey for such size and quality of food..

The food is fine but I've picked up food for my wife 2x now and they are incredibly rude. Both times they forgot the bread with the soup and both times they argued that was in the bag so I show them it's not. Then they throw the bread in the bottom of the bag. It's horribly rude and I won't be back.

I went in later a couple weeks ago , I saw her pick up a bagel off the floor and place it into a customers bag. I don’t know if it was a persons food or personal food either way I’m disgusted. Although I witnessed something so vulgar and unpleasant/ unprofessional the atmosphere was indeed pleasant.

I ordered door dash 2 bagels the man from door dash called me upon arrival and they were out of 1 of the bagels so it was swapped for a different bagel I had the almond bagel and the pecan twist I believe it’s called the door dashes came straight to me he got here with in 10 minutes of calling me the pecan twist was soooo hard and stale and so I called the store (which this is not the workers fault they are just following protocol) I told her they were old and hard she said they bake everything fresh at 5a.m in the morning this was about 2p.m and I could taste that they had sat there all day in the light to get or something I believe bagels can be good for long periods of time but maybe they need to be refrigerated then taken out as ppl come idk $10 for that trash pissed me off

We made an online order. Went to pick up and We were given someone else order because my husband was told that the order up was our order. He brought out to car and I realized it was NOT our food! This is at 8:43pm! Now I’m not even mad about that but when we got our food, it was missing my avocado in my sandwich and the chicken was dry! I couldn’t even eat! I’ve ordered my favorite sandwich in the past over and it was perfection every time! So I know what a Chicken Chipotle Avocado sandwich is supposed to be! My husband cheese steak was also dry and “here’s what you get”!
