This place has gone so down hill it’s sad. All booths have torn seats, all tables dirty, no coffee ATALL. Drunk stations completely disgusting. Disfunctional and disgusting. They were out of salads and most other things. Sad. Doors are broken and it’s sounds like people are just throwing things in the kitchen. Won’t come back. Don’t recommend

Horrible manager on duty at 11:30am on Sunday. So rude about a mistake she made with a basic order… and giving a degree of attitude that prompted another customer to say, “why would you respond ‘my bad, apologies instead of acting this way and making a big issue.’” It was said after I told her, “wow, you’re nice…” the complete opposite of how she behaved.”

Do not go and deal with someone who manages that location.

Usually this location has pretty great service and the staff is really nice and the food comes out pretty quickly! However, Abbie has a nasty attitude and very smart mouth. Almost as if she doesn’t want to help you. But can engage in conversations with coworkers no problem. She didn’t even acknowledge my presence but gave me my drink, and when I mentioned that I didn’t see an option on the iPad to have my bagel toasted she acted like it was such a problem to toast it… Like it’s your job?!?

Accessibility issues. Ordering process is not ADA compliant. No paper/takeout menus, could not see the overhead menu board. We were advised to use our phones. Mine wasn't charged and my elderly grandmother was very flustered. They helped us out eventually and were very kind, but the setup is unacceptable and it was just stressful.

Last three times Ive been to Panera the broccoli cheddar soup was too watery. Actually thinner than water and not one piece of broccoli. I realize an employee can make a mistake and add too much water but this is the third time over a month and a half.
