The girl who answers the phone wouldn’t tell me if my pick up order was ready when I asked She said I’m not sure it’ll be on the counter if it is.. You can’t walk over there and look?? I got my 2yr old with me I’m not trying to sit inside and wait. All she had to do was walk 10 feet over and look for me. How lazy can you be????

It was terribly cold inside.This Panera place looked not so nice and comphy as previous.The squash soup was very sweet( that doesn't make sense),half of sandwich is too small for this price.Generally the place is pricey for such size and quality of food..

Very quiet atmosphere and good food! Each item that I've gotten here over the years has been great, and the staff is always friendly. I wish there was one closer to us in Semmes!
