Papa Johns Pizza

If I could give this place zero star, they would have certainly earned it. I placed a scheduled delivery for 11:45am, as of 12:30pm, my order had still not arrived. I tried calling the store and no one was answering. I called corporate, and when corporate called the store, they hung up on them. What a perfect waste of time. With this attitude, this store is certain to go out of business soon.

Hot fast delicious food. I decided to try the Oreo dessert bites and they were great. Everything was great. Add me for more reviews

We had a birthday party at the battleship on the causeway, and ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered there. I was worried a bit because I’d never ordered at this location before. They exceeded my expectations. It was delivered around expected time and the pizzas were amazing, fresh and hot. Anyone debating on ordering from here should give them a chance. Well done y’all! Garlic butter dip is my favorite! Pair it with a piece of pepperoni stuffed crust and its Papa=Perfection!! 🍕🍕

Ordered a meat lovers with stuffed crust. Got someone’ else pizza but manager made it right and didn’t argue about. Great pizza for a good price when using coupons.

I don’t leave reviews but I have to because no amount of calls or emails have made any difference. I’ve ordered at least 30 times because it’s 3 blocks from my house. Every order is wrong or the crust is raw or it takes 3 hours (I’m not kidding) and all they will do is maybe, MAYBE, offer you a free pizza. Papa Johns is our favorite but this location is seriously THE WORST.

I’ve given this location 3 chances. Each time I’ve ordered from them it takes around 2 hours to receive my food. The food is always ice cold. Every time I reach out to the store the managers are incredibly rude. It’s such a shame because Papa John’s is by far my most favorite pizza chain. I wish this location had better management.
