I have been to Papa Johns all over the country . I’m not from the area . I’m a traveling paralegal . This pizza was an attempt at correcting bad service from a previous delivery . The delivery driver did not believe I was the customer and had an issue giving me my pizza at the door , I still tipped her .. very weird and bad experience . And the New York Style is nothing like New York pizza .
This time , the employee named Erin , said that he would be willing to change my order to a large one topping pizza , my courtesy was for $20 . The large pizza is 15.99 . He used the entire $20 towards the large one topping . I realized when I got home , the pizza looks nothing like large , and nothing like the way papa John’s makes their pizza. The slices are medium sized . Even the presentation looks bad . No effort into making pizza at this location .
Long story short , I am done pleading my case for a simple pizza order with this location . I am calling corporate and filing a complaint with their district manager .

My pizza crust was almost completely raw dough, the rest of the pizza was solid but that was rough. Good service and nice people though.

We live in the neighborhood right beside this Papa John’s and do the 11.99 large carry out pizza at least once a week for my pizza loving 5 year old. The staff is always so nice, the pizza is always hot and fresh, and the service is always extremely fast. My daughter only likes cheese pizza but the jalapeño popper rolls are my favorite.

Got a couple large pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce and like any Papa John’s, the pizza and the sauces were just great! Pizzas were coming out of the oven when I got there so we’re perfectly fresh. Order was all correct including my extra sauces and the staff there were courteous and quick! No issues!

Came out of town for sons baseball tournament. Was looking for something that was good and would deliver to our hotel. Food was AMAZING! We got the cheeseburger bites and the papadillas. Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great!! Aaron, at the Old Shell Road location, was so helpful and friendly over the phone. He went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we needed. Delivery was fast as well. We ended up ordering again the next night. Highly recommend!!
