I got my pizza too fast! I only say that because I feel horrible I was tipping cash but they got here like 15 or 20 minutes faster than expected and I was in back of house. They just left pizza and dipped. Thank yall and I'm sorry to the driver.

I LOVE Papa John’s Pizza over any other big corporation pizza company. HOWEVER it’s been twice now at this location that my orders have been messed up. Once ordered a BBQ Pizza & Extra Cheese Pizza and instead I got Two Extra Cheese Pizza. I didn’t complain anything. Well this past weekend Sunday we got 4 pizzas and one of them being the Stuffed Crust Large pizza and I didn’t receive the stuffed crust just a regular crust pizza I haven’t complained yet however I will be calling customer service. I understand people make mistakes and it wouldn’t be such a big deal if this wasn’t the second time and on top of that the stuffed crust is more expensive than regular. Besides getting my orders wrong pizza tastes great, cut perfectly , baked perfectly, and the staff is always nice. Also side note I wish they had their cheeseburger pizza and keep it!! My family and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that pizza!!🍕🤤

While waiting on my order an watching them make pizzas playing with the dough hitting each other with it ,no gloves ,Custemer service was worst I've ever witnessed someonefrome papa jons head quarters needs step in an watch.

So I can't order pick up only delivery after 10pm what's stoping me from ordering it to the parking lot this is after a had a rude incident with another store a mouth ago the guy here wasn't bad but the policies aren't helping

If your nine months pregnant and have to pee really bad and you get here to pick up your order be prepared to walk down the sidewalk to Amelia's. Would have just ate there if I hadn't already done a pick up order.
The manager is the most rude person I've ever spoken with and was not interested in resolving my issue, only taking my money.

The General Manager Morgan is RUDE, HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and is a RACIST. He has made my pizza with TOO much sauce, refused to give me a refund, and hung up in my face. I drove to this location, listened at his disrespect, surprisingly his tone and verbiage changed when I started recording.
I was able to receive a refund and a smile while the camera was on.
I will say that the staff is AWESOME.
Praying for better management. This area was one of the areas you could visit without experiencing racism. Until Morgan showed up.
