I just ordered from here through Uber eats only because they don’t deliver to my address I got my pizza and it is not cooked the dough is so gooey it’s falling apart and sticking to the bottom! I called and spoke to the manager she was rude saying she knew it was done cause she personally took it out of the oven golden brown and it was Not! She goes to say there isn’t anything she could do because I ordered through Uber eats and blaming them for the pizza not being eatable. I watched my delivery person get the pizza here within 5 minutes on my phone besides that how can she even blame the delivery person for the pizza not being cooked.

I’m not just biased because I used to work here. Papa Johns has the best pizza hands down. I could eat here every day if i had to. They have a great variety in flavors and combinations. Or you can make your own. They have THE BEST pepperoncini peppers. And if you have never tried the cheese flavored dipping sauce, I highly recommend it!!

My orders are always ready in time and friendly staff
I have placed large orders at this location with no problems in the past. I called last week and spoke with the manager and advised I would need 120 pizzas, an almost $2500 order, for Tuesday. She confirmed that it would not be a problem. As i have done in the past I place the order online the day prior. I placed the order this morning online and called to confirm everything was in place and the manager advised that they could not accommodate the order. This puts me in really bad spot having to now find 120 pizzas in one day. Thanks Papa Johns for your service in the past but you really let me down today!!

Did not receive items that I paid for. When I brought it to attention of person at counter, when I went to pick up subsequent order, was lied to about what I was charged for. They also cannot make the pizza as ordered. This was their second chance. I am done.

We were passing through on our way to Florida and just wanted a simple pizza. We had had multiple issues with apps for both dominos and papa John’s, but a female worker called us from the store to explain the glitch, offered to take our order and to get it back in the queue. She remembered our conversation when I dropped by to pick up my order. She was chipper and polite. The chicken parm bites were super tasty and a new menu item order for us. The pizzas were cooked perfectly (well done). Thank you for continuing to provide excellent customer service and quality food that is the same as the Papa John’s that we have tasted in NJ, NY, IL, FL, TX, CA, and PA.

I was blown away by the professional and kindness of one of your workers. I think, her name is Brittney. My whole order was a complete and utter mess. Despite, my problem being a huge problem with another worker, she resolved and responded perfectly. High praises to that woman bc she is the only reason I'm not blasting yall all over right now.
