Papa Johns Pizza

I'm from out of town and thought this pizza was really tip top. Thin, crisp crust and hot chewy toppings.... everything fresh, made right to order, and friendly staff on the inside too. Great location.

Not the best. Not the worst. Not really any service so nothing to rate there. Cheaper than dominos but better that little caesers. It's what you expect when you get pizza, greasy and cheesey in all the right ways.

A little miscommunication that took 2 hours.

It's good pizza. The banana peppers and garlic sauce make sure you enjoy every bite to the end. They will do half and half and not charge extra, A nice perk I certainly enjoy.!

The best pizza

Order Pizza through the app on Halloween night for delivery. Order at 6pm with delivery schedules for 730pm. 820pm and still no food. Went to the local location and the only response I received was.... oh, This is for delivery, I'll just cancel your transaction. Not even an apology for the problem. Now eight days later and I have not been refunded my money for food. I did not receive. I have now did a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Glad I have the voided receipt from my order. I filed a complaint already with Papa John's and have not received a call or email. I'll take my business down the road for now on. Lost a loyal customer.

I ordered for delivery and My house is 7 minutes from the location. It took roughly 2 hours to get my order. It was not warm when it was delivered and they didn’t send the whole order. I was missing some of it. I called the store and the manager said they are running behind and the driver was there to bring my order once it’s ready.

Never again. Over an hour late (tipped more than I should too), cold and just nasty. Wanted to try but back to Dominos or HH.

What happened? Their pizza tastes disgusting now. It used to be my favorite. We're done.

I was having a bad day with fedex delivering an expensive item to God knows where and then Papa johns sent me home with 1 pizza out of 2 that was wrong. (The one in this pic was supposed to be with original sauce not alfredo, and have regular pepperoni) Yes I could've/should've checked before I left but I didnt; So I was having a slightly bad day. But again thank you Amanda for making things right and for your amazing customer service! I still will continue to order here. I like the staff and the pizza's good. Mistakes happen sometime people!
