Stopped in to place a to-go order for a late lunch. Ordered the Bistro Burger with Yucca Fries and added on the orzo salad. So good! I was greeted immediately upon entering by the young lady working the bar, she took my order and offered me a beverage while I waited for my order. Even though she was doing double duty, she was so sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be back to sample the brunch menu.
We have found our new favorite place for dining in Mobile! Located in the quaint downtown district, the Penton's Bistro and The King Bleu Corner Bar offers an intimate place for excellent food, wonderful ambience, and very friendly, professional staff. The filet was cooked to perfection and the creamed spinach, which one wouldn't think as a dish about which to rave was delicious! The bread pudding was the best we have ever had and the cocktails were also perfect....
I ate at Penton’s for the first time on Friday evening! The food was simply amazing and the service was impeccable. Every drink and dish was deliciously created. I can’t wait to return.
