I my husband was treated rudely and was giving the wrong pizza. The pizza hut I'm speaking of is at 1866-A . Won't never order there again. The server got upset and rude because I paid with a card and change. He wasn't schooled on how to do it. When u order food u should be treated with kindness and a smile. This store is pathetic.

I ordered Pizza Hut delivery online tonight. Ordering was easy, delivery time was right on, the delivery person was super nice, and the pizza was hot and fresh.
However, the pizza sauces (marinara & BBQ) were swapped on the two large pizzas I ordered. The chicken incorrectly swapped to BBQ was fine, but the pineapple/ham wrongly put with marina was HORRIBLE. I gagged on the first bite.
I'm knocking off one star for the mix-up, but I'm knocking off the second because the online Pizza Hut customer service was a useless waste of time. They did nothing to try and make the situation right--not even a coupon--and just said they were going to record the feedback. I'm really disappointed in Pizza Hut because while I love their pizza, the mix-up made one of the pizzas practically inedible.
I do want to emphasize that everything else about the experience was positive except these two things. Again, the pizzas were fresh and hot and otherwise well-made, and the delivery person was on time, polite, and friendly.

Order online food wasn't fresh at all It tasted bad,called store three times Phone rung finally someone picks up says nothing They did that twice. Third called young lady picks up finally i asked for a manager told him about the freshness of the pizza that it wasn't fresh he offered that We bring the old pizza back in order to remake. I bought 2large 3 topping pizza One for myself and the other for my adult children we are watching the game I just had surgery so I decided to do take out. Anywho the adult boys ate all of their pizza i only ate two slices of mines. He said he'll remake whatever food that I have left unfortunately after making a complaint about my food I donot feel comfortable with pizza hut remaking my food. I just said out loud thank you I wasn't looking for anything free Just wanted the manager to know about the quality of food. I could have sent my son to the grocery store for this experience at least it would have been fresh and 🔥 this will be my last time ordering at this location

07/29/2025 Update: I placed an order through the app for the Tuesday $2 one topping personal pan pizza and the lobby was excruciatingly so hot like it didn’t feel like they had the air on at all. It probably wouldn’t have been too bad if I was in and out but that wasn’t the case because it was quite a few people in line before me and the line was moving very slowly. I’ll just go to the University location where the lobby has air for customers.
Previous Review: I use to really love the pizza and baked hot wings but now the pizza tastes different and I don't like they way that they do wings now.
