Pizza Hut sent me a driver that did not speak English and he did not bring change which caused me to have to give him a huge tip which I was going to give him a tip anyway but not that big, I literally had to give him money that I did not have to give. The food was good and hot but I won’t be purchasing anything else at all from Pizza Hut.

Parking: I can usually park within a few feet of the door. Service is fast. I Only park for a few seconds. Longest wait time is usually less than one minute after walking in door.

What kinda pizza place doesn't take orders over the phone? And then answers the phone to say that. Just don't answer the phone if that's the case.
Completely got the wrong order. No one will answer the phone. They play way too many games in that place. I’m just calling corporate tomorrow. I’m fed up

It took me a hour and a half to order a pizza. When I finally got my Pizzas arrived at my home one pizza had nothing on it just. I ordered Italian sausage for that empty pizza pie. Totally PISSED My Family off lived to far to returned it Was told by other patrons they got incorrect Pizzas.

Quick, correct, consistent and done to perfection. The manager of this store knows what she is doing and provides exactly what you want from Pizza Hut every time I order. It’s easy to see that she cares about providing what is expected when you order a pizza and develops and manages her team around that principle. I always come back because I know I can trust that this store is run by a good team.

I grew up on Pizza Hut. Always loved it as a kid, but sadly we lost touch ? However I realized there was a Pizza Hut in my new neighborhood so I immediately ordered some takeout. Pepperoni, black olives, lite sauce on a thin crust. Sigh.... well...it was ok. Nothing special. Nothing like the Pizza Hut I left SOOO many years ago. I was a little disappointed ? Not saying their pizza wasn't worthy of every other pizza joint out there... I'm just going to stick with Hungry Howie's.... my (latest) pizza love!

It’s unpredictable. Sometimes the pizzas are good, but often they are undercooked. Crust is soggy. Yesterday the pizza tasted old, not fresh.
