I called to place a carry out order and was rudely advised to “please hold” after asking a couple questions before ordering. I’m guessing I was speaking to the store manager. He was talking to me like my intellectual complex was poor and was getting smart with me. I’m guessing he got tired of answering questions that he felt were irrelevant and asked me to “please hold”. So I hung up. Now I’m writing a review about it because don’t be rude and mad you work at Pizza Hut in the middle of the summer.

Not good. I stay almost next door. It was not hot no toppings I’m done with them! It’s been too many times here lately.I did get deal but why offer it if it’s Babbage!! I could have gotten Home Run Pizza in frozen department! Goodbye Pizza Hut! I always loved you since the 70s. It’s over!!

I ordered my pizza through Pizza Hut, but they had it delivered though Doordash. That's never happened before , but the driver was really nice. The pizza was good. Just was a little skimpy compared to usual and what I ordered. Extra everything. I also ordered 2 additional marinara sauces and paid for them , but didn't receive. Disappointed in the overall product having multiple issues.

Whoever made my large, thin crust, extra cheese, pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, and onions pizza at 11:53pm on 02/07/25 should get a raise, corner office and awarded employee of the year. Pizza made so perfectly it brought a man to tears.
I need this employee’s schedule emailed so I know when to order from now on.

Ordered pizza, after an hour and a half, it was delivered cold. Called the store back and the "manager" said we are SOL. She finally agreed to redo the pizza and deliver it. Hour later...wrong pizza and it's cold. Called the store back, "manager" was extremely rude and finally just hung up on me. I called back and the wouldn't even answer it. Not very professional

Customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut. I placed an order online and they gave me the wrong order. Then when I asked them to fix it, they had an attitude they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Told me to wait so they can remake my order. Ask for a refund, and haven’t gotten it
