Don't lie to customers that delivery can't be completed because the drivers car broke down just for the customer to get there and see the driver load their car with food and leave on an order.
I made an online order for delivery with the app amd signed up for the tracker. I got the text at 8:15pm that my order was out for delivery, just to get called at 8:45pm and told that the drivers car broke down i can come get my pizza because it can't be delivered. Waited near 2 hours at this point for a 30-40 min delivery. My previous order was the same thing... I’ll be ordering delivery from other places from now on. Now at near 2 hours. Text said it was “on the way at 5:10 it’s now after 6:00. I placed my order at 4:30... and they won’t even answer when I call!!! Well finally answered second time in 45 minutes they have told me it’s on the way... y’all I’m a very patient person. But this is STUPID! Pizza finally arrived...read full review
Don't know who's cooking tonight, but they sure can't follow instructions. I ask for lite cheese, they overloaded on cheese, and the pizza didn't have any marinara sauce. No toasted parm on the crust as requested either. The pizza arrived undercooked, and the wings were overcooked. Seriously, seriously disappointed.
