Short staffed and only one person was wearing gloves. The young guy making the pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves and was spreading cheese and toppings with his hands. The other younger guy literally stuck his 2 fingers into his mouth and sucked off whatever it was on them ?. But I never saw him touching the food only placing the boxes in the warmer. Won’t be going back!!

Played with my money and my food. There was an ant crawling around in my pizza. Representative agreed to send out another pizza free of charge, when it arrived they expected me to pay an additional $37.02. The driver ended up taking the new order right back to the store. Now I’m out $35 and still hungry. Called the store again and they issued a credit that I can’t even see on my end which doesn’t make sense. Order from somewhere else of you can.

Absolute $hit. Over 2 hours and still haven’t gotten my pizza delivered. Called the store and no service or help. Asked to speak to the manager and was told “he said you gonna have to hold”. Will never ever eat a pizza hut pizza again.
I was charged for my delivered pizza, but never received it. I called the store four times attempting to resolve the issue, but the manager, “Alpha,” refused to come to the phone, leaving me on hold for over ten minutes each time. I will report the charge on my debit card as fraudulent, since Pizza Hut refuses to take even the first step (speaking with me) to resolve the issue.
