Actually, I delivered through door dash for this company. I'm always able to pick up my deliveries in a timely manner. The employees seem to work well as a team and the store and kitchen are very clean and organized.

I had an amazing experience at this Pizza Hut! The pizza was cut perfectly, making it easy to enjoy every bite. Big shoutout to the cook, Elijah, for doing such a fantastic job—the pizza was cooked to perfection! On top of that, the customer satisfaction was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and excellent service!

Order carry out serve and mannerisms were very modernly medium. Pizza Hut 10 min away, noticed pizza was small wasn’t sure until my son c/o medium pizza instead of large. I was very sick Sun. Call Ed Monday about Pizza order.explained in detail. Don’t see name in computer very rudely;apology and explained, I used my cell phone. You waited so late can’t do anything. Disrespectfully hung phone down. After several calls, he answered. I explained that was rude and very disrespectful. The pizza was $28.00 Supreme . Without tax, plus Pizza Hut charge 4.00 for door dash and I tipped $7.00 . I politely try tried to talked with the young man; he could care less about the situation and /or his attitude at that specific moment: You can run customers off with that type of attitude. Try being polite , listen, and do your best to address the problem. without being rude .Click the phone down. Of course I call back and asked who should I I talk with, how May I reach her? Her name and his name. Remain rude, answered questions and rudely clicked the phone down again. Very disappointed paying $40.00 maybe more for a medium pizza and order a large and receive a very piss poor attitude.

I used to Love Pizza Hut, but our last delivery order was the worst ever. They sent a dried up thin crust by mistake and the Pepperoni was in clumps with 4 pieces no.toppings at all. It was as if the cook could care less. I ordered extra sauce, but got less than normal. Ordered and paid for olives, but we're not there. Quality of the taste was terrible. What has happened Pizza Hut. You've lost my business

NEVER AGAIN! First, I ordered my pizza online, i meant to pick a later time so I called and asked can I get the time pushed back they said no which was fine. My pick up time was 4:22, I got there about 4:37. Walked in no one was at the front counter, a girl was at another computer she looked at me then stepped back. A guy was outside smoking a vape (turned out to be working the counter) he eventually came in 5-7 minutes later. Even though he seen me standing there! One woman did see me and asked if someone helped me right before he came in. The girl just still looking not doing ANYTHING. I told him my name and paid cash for my pizza. 4:45 pizzas still weren’t done. So at 4:52 and woman screamed from the back and said it was ready, he got it, and sat it on the counter. He took another customers money so i asked “is this mine?” He said yeah. He was trying to look up to see if I paid AFTER I LITERALLY JUST PAID for it with him. I just will never deal with this pizzhut again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible and rude!. My order is about to be messed up because this lady won't answer the phone! Who was working and answering the phone on 11/5 @7pm ...I won't rest till I speak to the owner or district managers! Worst customer service and I know it's not busy she's just extremely ignorant and disrespectful...Now this food will be thrown away. I will never trust food from someone that clearly doesn't like their job! Why even work here to ignore all the calls from customers.this is my first and last time dealing with this location.. I'm still on hold again! Completely disgusting! Then someone named micheal answered and hung up on me when I asked who was the previous employee that answered.....back on hold by the way

Today was just a bad day all around. I received my order but it was without the icing for the cinnamon sticks and I was supposed to have a ranch for the pizza. This is why we don’t order from PH much. It is so frustrating especially when you can’t really leave the house!

Hands down the best pizza hut the manger Alicia is a sweetheart she took care of Me after last bad experience I had she is a great manger and Bruce my delivery driver was awsome they got my order to me on time and perfect 👌 no issue at all

I ordered a Pan Pizza. Found out that it was Hand Tossed Thin Crust. I called the asst. Manager and she claimed they called me to tell me that they had run out of Pan Pizza crust earlier that day. I was right by the phone and had no missed calls.

I normally don't have a problem here food is always good but the new people that they hired needs to go I've never saw old food from the pan at the bottom of my pizza but here it goes and I had all three pizzas like this so nasty I never ate it I got worried

This was the store on Moffett rd in semmes, al. We ordered thin large pepperoni w/extra pepperoni and add mushrooms. We have always loved hut but the last 2 I got were so dry. No sauce!!! Think long before I go back.

Pizza Hut is my favorite tasting pizza. I just wish that there was more education done about pan pizzas. The last several times that I’ve ordered a pan crust, they do not cook it in the pan to get the thick crispy edges that pan pizzas are known for. Basically, I just got a regular pizza with an unnecessary upcharge.
