Ordered pizza for delivery tonight and it was awful. The toppings all slid off of one of the pizzas because there was so much sauce and the other pizza had no sauce at all. One of the pizzas a dry and hard. The other gooey and inedible. We will not be ordering pizza hut

Order a pizza over the phone. Got to the location and they didn’t have the order in… so I had to wait there after already waiting the 20 minutes that the guy on the phone told me to give them… very disorganized.

Don’t order pizza on Fridays!!! They have absolutely no idea what’s going on. I ordered a pizza at 6:30 and it was not ready until 8 o’clock. I went to the store to pick it up after they told me it would be 30 minutes and it was not even made yet, said it would be another 30 minutes. Called next time before I went there again, they said they didn’t have an order under my name, put me on hold then came back and said they did, but that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Went back to the store after 15-20 minutes and waited another 15 minutes while they said it was on the cutting board. Another lady was there and said she had already been there 20 minutes waiting after they told her it was on the cutting board. Finally got the pizza home and it definitely did not just come out of the oven. Never seen anything like it.
The manager Mrs. Alisha is the best ever. She has done amazing at making things right and correcting errors made. This is my number one go to now thanks to her and her staff.

There was a staff member (female) spitting around the food into a plastic bag and went to the back where they prepare food. Not sure what the staff member did, but we had to throw food away and go somewhere else. Why would you do something like this in the area where you prepare food?
