Bought a Super Supreme Pizza today and it was the best pizza I have ever had. Loaded with goodies. Made exactly as I ordered. Bryant at the drive thru was so nice and friendly. Best pizza in town folks. So fresh and hot.

The pizza was really good. They don’t gatekeep the sauce like other pizza places and it was decently priced. We did the 7 dollar deal so we got two medium pizzas and it only came up to 15 dollars. The pizza came out really hot and it only took 10 minutes.
I ordered my pizza at 5:00 pm and it said it would be delivered by 5:30pm by 5:50pm I had to call and see where our pizza was at and I was immediately placed on hold for 6 to 7 mins before I hung up and called again all for a girl to pick up the phone to finally answer my question and said they were awaiting a driver for our delivery and I said so when can we expect our pizza and she said well she didn't know and did I want her to go and ask someone and I replied yes 3 to 4 mins later she said the driver had just arrived and they would b bringing my pizza now and finally and 1hr and 35 mins later we finally received our pizzaLong story short if some calls in and you don't have anyone to deliver pick up the phone and let your customer know something so they can make a decision don't make them have to call you this is just bad customer service and we probably order pizza from this location every week or every 2 weeks not anymoreI am highly disappointed in pizza hut and the food was not even that good or worth all the trouble ?I will also make a point to inform others to not order from this location as well because of the bad customer service....I mean How hard is it to pick up the phone everyone has one in there hand already

I worked delivery for this particular store for a few months and the whole time was a circus. The General Manager, Bryant, is never at the store and takes vacations regularly. One assistant manager regularly deal drugs blatantly and is openly racist with employees particularly Caucasians. Very few of the staff actually cleans and consistently does the bare minimum. The frier only gets changed by one person whenever she has a chance maybe once a week. The back door is consistently left open by staff and allows pests into the store regularly.
