I love an iced Mocha latte! I have to drink almond milk, and this coffee shop has never let me down! Their coffee is delicious, be it a regular cup of Joe or a fancy iced coffee.

Unfortunately, my experience this morning (4/13/2024) was the complete opposite of my previous positive experiences with this establishment's customer service. Upon arriving at 5:50, I noticed that the door was not open as it usually is. Instead of the usual gentleman who greets me, there was a young lady behind the counter looking at the door, she went to get another lady, who came out from the kitchen and gave me a rude hand gesture to let me know they were not open yet. I patiently waited in the parking lot until the store officially opened at 6am. As I walked in, I greeted the staff with a "Good morning," only to be met with a rude response from a lady who rolled her eyes and asked, "What do you want?" I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and replied that at this point, I didn't want anything and asked for the manager's number. To my surprise, she claimed to be the manager, and when I asked for the owner's number and her name, she smirked with a facial gesture and gave me a card, then I asked for her name which she replied Cameron. It's important for all staff members to remember that it is the customers who keep businesses open, and respect towards them goes a long way.

I absolutely love coming here! I usually visit once or twice a week to get my matcha fix. Everyone who works there and I mean Everyone is so pleasant. It's so refreshing to visit a place and be treated kindly and respectfully every time I come. I wish every establishment I went to treated me this way.

My son went and picked up me a frapee my granddaughter a lemonade and he got some kind of iced coffee I don't remember it was last weekend he brought it over to goodwill bins where I was I tasted it worst frapee ever McDonald's is way better he didn't even like his neither one finished our drinks barely drank any and my granddaughter didn't finish hers o didn't taste hers so don't know what it tasted like but big waste of money
