Pollman's Bake Shop is a bakery with an amazing atmosphere and a reputation for fantastic cake. The cakes, including the Birthday cake, dobash, and chocolate cake, are excellent and worth the buy. Other food items like donuts, cinnamon roll macaroons, cookies, brownies, and raisin bread pudding are also wonderful, tasty, and soft. The workers are nice, diligent, and great at conversation, making customers feel welcome. The shop receives praise for its exemplary service and is considered the best bakery in the south by some.
