Great customer service 👏🏾. I was asked to pull up and my food would be right out. I'm thinking sure 🤔.I must apologize because it wasn't five minutes before a clerk with a big smile greeted me, thanked me and told me to be Blessed, which I quickly told her the same. Chicken was nice and hot to the fingers. 🤗😊😋😋😋

This location treats customer like crap. Service was extremely slow because no one there want to serve you. They act as if they just want you to leave.

It’s no reason I’m sitting in the drive through over 15 minutes with one car ahead of me and one car behind me I can’t even leave !! Wouldn’t recommend this location at ALL!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not a karen but as someone who has worked in MULTIPLE food places, fast food and steak places this is horrendous. I had a door dash to pick up. I got in line at 9:43 I waited 17 minutes to get to the speaker. This is a doordash I’m picking up and its not even done after 17 minutes of being in line!! My door dash was supposed to he picked up by 9:53 so I’m already well over time. I went back to the window about 5-10 minutes after I parked and they said they just dropped the tenders and that it would be another 10 minutes. I know tenders don’t take 30+ minutes as someone who has waited for tenders to be made in my own work places. I ended waiting an HOUR to leave which messes up my money and possibly my job. On top of that the customer service was DISGUSTING.

They ran out of tenders, said it would be 10-15mins for the next batch. Received food cold. Fries were not full. Got to cross off another location that sucks.

Waited in drive through with two cars ahead of me for over 15 minutes. Got to the menu board waited another 5-7 minutes to order. Ordered and was told with an ATTITUDE it would be a 15 minute wait. Cool. Pull up and pay. Get drinks and was told to pull to parking spot and wait. Waited for 30 minutes before trying to see what was going on. Both doors locked. No way to even ask about my PAID ORDER!! Another customer who had also been waiting was at the drive thru window and staff was acting belligerent towards them. An employee finally stuck their head out of drive through and hollered hey here’s your food to me. $40 for 2 sandwich combos and a 3 piece. WILL NOT EVER BE BACK!!! Do better Popeyes. Do better.

Best Popeyes in town. My order came out fresh and hot. I didn't have to wait long for my meal. I also wasn't disturbed by anyone else. I have no complaints or problems.

Went thru drive thru. Got back to work 5 mins down the road. Chicken was room temp, I asked for fries they gave me mashed potatoes. My Dr Pepper taste funny and so does the coleslaw. Will not be back there!
