Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

These people take about 40mins to make a family meal even when its not busy, my lord. Why is every popeyes like this?! These workers got no work ethic.

Placed an online order at to be picked up 30 minutes later at Schillinger Rd, Mobile, Al location arrived at restaurant, the first person advised needed to speak with someone else , who never came.to the counter. It took me getting someone's attention to have them locate my order to tell me was going to be an additional 10 minute wait. How this location is ran is sad to say the least. Lazy employees and they should take a hard look at their work. There are no words that could explain what i witnessed. Very unsatisfied customer.

Online it says drive through closes at 11 so why it’s 9:50 and yall are no longer taking orders?

As other's have stated, only come to the drive-thru if you have plenty of time to kill. I picked up some ice cream at Target and then dropped by here because the missus wanted a two-piece meal. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in line and my ice cream was almost melted! This is clearly not "fast food" and there is no plausible explanation why a two-piece meal should take nearly half-an-hour to prepare! On the plus side, she did say the chicken was so hot she couldn't eat it, so at least it was fresh!

Went here to get a special got a special alright the cashier was rude and had a nasty attitude..I guess because she got a job my fires were cold I ask for more she said 3 mins . I didn't want to wait so I asked could I have a mashed potato instead she let me keep the fries anyway.my Sprite with carbonated water the fries had a cooked blonde hair on them. The mashed potatoes had a dry spot in the middle of them and they were too thick. The chicken was clearly cooked earlier that day by being lunch time you think they would have had a fresh batch on. she forgot to give me a spoon for the mashed potatoes so I had to wait till someone came to the window because she walked away like she had an attitude because I asked for another side she didn't she never came back The manager came to the window with an attitude and asked me what did I need I said a spoon please and thank you and left I'll never go back there again... Maybe we they shouldn't hire young dumb females with attitudes are older crew would have been better That's that's just this store cuz the one in Florida is five stars this one if I could give it less than one star I would for the store and the staff..dam shame 😠

Big mistake! I ordered a combo to go but didn’t check it before walking out the door. Sauce was missing as well. BE CAREFUL AND CHECKED YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Big props to this Popeyes location! These folks bust their butts. I’ve been on my lunch break when it’s a slow day and I’ve been on days where they are completely swamped with the drive thru line backed up to the road and their parking lot completely full with the lobby packed. They get it done regardless and the food is always fresh. The service, food, and atmosphere is 10/10. I recognize the hard work and appreciate it! Y’all keep it up!

Ordered a 2 piece meal and a chicken sandwich. When I got home the chicken sandwich was not in the bag. Unfortunately I live 25 minutes away. No receipt either 😞

If you want to sit in a line so long that you’re decay, start to age, and Jesus himself will come back, then come here. Because I literally had to wait an hour for food and how they drive thru is set up depending on where you are, you can’t pull off. I’m waiting forever and I was on my phone. Finally I was able to pull up to the window and the cashier had the audacity to fold her arms and look out of the window as if she’s been waiting on me so long to pull up to the window. Where do they find these people? Off the side of the road?

Chicken was hot, fresh and delicious. Red Beans a little dry, mash potatoes were good. My concern..Manager seems to be working efficiently..lol by herself..she called her drops and was working front register and filling her orders. NOW..they were quite busy..3 Employees in lobby on break??? Every table was dirty...what was up? If employees needed breaks, then lobby should have been cleaned before going on break.. As manager got super busy..not one offered to get up and lend a hand.. I think the manager could be very efficient if she worked her employees instead of trying to manage business on her own. Like I said, food was delicious price was excellent, service was good..I just feel as if the manager needs to get a little more out of her employees..after all they work for her...
