They cussed at me and told me to get out hr line because I wanted a spoon and a honey pack but the guy was nice but the girls..I had surgery so I can't come back.

Do not eat here , they gave my sister and I food poisoning and I called the health department … the food gave me a fever of 100.3 , and I kept vomiting green stuff and have bad body aches… baby let me tell yall I will not be eating no damn fast food again this shit is bad for us …I had got a two piece with fries smh

Me and my sister went here last night around 7 I always come here never have any issues but this time my sister texts me at 3Am saying she not feeling well and she’s throwing up and she think it was her food making her feel that way so I told her its probably something she ate before getting the Popeyes because like I said I always eat here but the next morning I wake for work I’m feeling THE SAME WAY I wait it out and I get worse and my sister is in the er by this time they tell her she has food poisoning so I proceed to contacted the store multiple time no answer & I even called the health department multiple times they keep putting me on hold , I just wanted to write this review to let yall know to BE CAREFUL EATING HERE

Very rude an unprofessional..I called to check on a application..When I called at 2:38 a young lady answer the phone I asked to speak with a manager, She replies this is one..So I explain to her what I was calling for so she then tells me to hold on..I hear her telling the GM what I was calling for the rude and unprofessional Gm yells an say she "DONT HAVE TIME TO TALK" For one she could have a to the phone and nicely told me to call back at another time..I wasn't calling for myself I was calling for my daughter..An if she talk like that I can only imagine how she talk to the employee..No Thank You I will take my daughter somewhere else.

I ordered a breast and a thigh , but the guy at the window rung me up for 2 breast and said he couldn't take it off because it was already being fixed and charged me a extra 1.29 I think because he decided to give me 2 breast , this one is in Prichard so I should've known

I ordered food from them today and opened the box it was a dead spider on the food, the food wasn’t even freshly cooked and very dark . I got a refund on everything I brought from them … I will never be back again.

Make sure you check your order before leaving the counter, and also watch the app when ordering online. I had applied reward points for a purchase and was expecting to receive complimentary 6piece wing with a $10 minimum purchase, but I ended up paying for the whole order and not receiving part of my order or the 6 piece wings. Not the first time this happened.

Did drive thru,1st time eating here .Wait time for food was long (wasn't busy).But the blackened chicken was worth the wait ..Food was fresh an right on que..Will eat here again..
