This store is terrible. They never have what you want. Always trying to force mild chicken on you or chicken that have been refried. A clear representation of management. I ordered a box special for $6.99. The employee at the window handed me a chicken sandwich. I gave it back told him this is not what I ordered, he took it back and brung it to the car in front that was waiting for it. Got my order went home. Look at my online bank app and see they charged my card for 2 different meals. One for 7.69 and another for $17.10 Went back the next day. The manager remember the sandwich situation and the guy working the window and said he remember that moment and he been trying to train him from messing up people orders. I Told him I was charged for 2 different meal. Without a receipt there is nothing he can do just report it to your bank. I don't have a receipt because he charged me for items I did not order. Bank denied the claim. Still waiting for the head manger to call me back. As I write this review it's day 3.

Food was hot and fresh. Some staff needs to attempt a smile. It goes a long way.Parking: Enough parking but the lot is set up strange. No enter and no exit signs all over the damn place. Had me driving in circles trying to eat my chicken.Wheelchair accessibility: All accessible for handicap individuals

Website says it is supposed to close at 10pm , but actually closes earlier, wasted my gas for nothing. The night I did go though, the wings were really good.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I went inside and waited 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me or asked to take my order. The manager and girl in the kitchen looked right at me and walked away. These people need to be trained on how to treat customers. I will not be returning.
