Service at this location requires attention. After visiting several days in a row during happy hour, we found the experience consistently lacking. The bar staff appears overwhelmed and unhappy, leading to wait times of 30 minutes or more for a single drink. While the floor servers are friendly and professional, their efficiency is limited by the bartender’s current pace and morale.

Usually I have a good experience here but I went Thursday (2/5/26) and when I walked in the bartender just looked at me and kept doing what she was doing no hi hello or anything. And she also had the nerve to look at me twice and say NOTHING. Then she walked over to the other bartender a tall blonde guy and he finally came over he was so dry it’s like he didn’t want to even serve me. Then a chunky dark haired girl who assume is there coworker came in and the first bartender seemed pepped up and happy to walk over and talk to her immediately but I couldn’t get a damn hello?? Their bartenders are lazy and rude I will not be returning.

Excellent cocktails, custom made by super cool bartenders! Head here and try anything with strawberry in it. You won't be disappointed!

The bartender is an amazing mixologist. He makes delicious craft cocktails. The food, however, comes from a different restaurant, and we order a margarita pizza. It was horrible. But I'll definitely go back for the drinks@

There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant and the server took 10 minutes to approach our table. The server also stood and talked with coworkers for quite some time right beside our bar drinks that were ready to be brought to our table. The servers are clearly more interested in talking amongst themselves than serving guests.

We just sat down. No one came to serve us so we went to Grace rooftop bar and had a great time.

I’ve been to Post numerous times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere—especially since I live just down the street. But during my most recent visit, I had an experience that left me both angry and deeply hurt.

Despite being a regular customer, I was denied entry without a valid explanation. The way it happened made it clear that the treatment I received was racially motivated. It was humiliating and painful, especially coming from a place that’s part of my own neighborhood.

I’m sharing this because no one should be made to feel unwelcome or targeted based on their race. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue with proper accountability and staff training. I expected better from a business I’ve supported for so long.

Server spilt a tray of 5+ drinks on top of me. Never apologized. Offered to clean the table but didn’t offer me any help. I am not one to complain and politely asked the bartender if I could get a discount on the drink that I ordered. The bartender blamed me for the drinks spilling and asked if I was the one who spilt the drink. I was not, the server placed on glass on the table and leaned over and the other 4 drinks went toppling over onto me. I would have no complaints if they would have at least offered to take the drink off of my tab. The server came back with a VERY rude attitude and said she could only offer 10% off the “2” drinks that were spilt when we all knew it was 5 drinks. I asked if there was anyway I could receive the discount because I was the only one affected by the spill and she rudely said no. The waitress said “it was an accident, it happens”. Another patron overheard our conversation and stated that when she worked as a server, accident or not, spilling food/drink on a customer meant no charge. Both bartender and server were extremely disrespectful, server stayed inside, hitting her vape rather than apologizing for her actions. I have been to the post before and had a very positive experience but was extremely disappointed by this interaction. I should have gotten the name of the employee but I will be calling for a follow up.

Waitress spilled a tray of drinks on my girlfriend, said sorry in the most sarcastic way, and did not even offer a free drink or anything to make it up.
