Food was good but....ordered the lobster, shrimp, grits and a special sauce drizzled it was a $50.00 meal.....so when we got it there was not grits it had been changed to mashed potatoes and no drizzle at all. when asked she said they rand out of grits and went to the back and brought a cup of drizzle back. the restaurant was empty but two other tables. dated atmosphere and decor. Service was find no problems there.Parking: no one there so plenty of parking

Customer service was excellent, even when it was right at closing and allot of people were being rude for no reason or showing up right after closing, staff was still positive and kind and did everything they could. 10/10. Food was also wonderful as always.

My initial impression is that this location is struggling , No Host and understaffed .The food was as expected and the Servers were stretched very thin but , Kudos to them for trying to keep up .

I went at 12:30 for lunch, waited only 5 minutes to be seated , but after being seated at a table , waited 20-25 minutes and no server ever came to my table , and no other waitress or service ever stopped ask me for drinkorder or anything . I got fed up and walked out , no one even seemed to notice . I have never had that problem , food is always good , I wanted try some lobster, which was on special menu . Not sure if I will try again or not . One of my friends told me seafood is frozen , NOT fresh caught . Very unhappy after years visiting this restaurant .

Went there on Valentine's Day and they told me and my mate it'd be a 20 to 25 minute wait. I thought not too bad and then commence to sit and wait an hour as the waitress who told us the wait time ignored and paid us no attn. Literally left us sitting up front along with a crowd of people they never explained anything to.Notably take out order flew out the door.There were also many open tables and no one explained to us why . This place is trash garbage and swamp water.
Valentine’s 2024-2:30 lunch; 3 in party; had to ask for cutlery, the gentleman’s Shrimp lovers plate arrived 10 minutes before the ladies 2 entrees-1-lobster & sirloin, 2-steamed lobster w broccoli side. No broccoli=out. My ‘medium rare’ steak was medium well, lobster overcooked. Both baked potatoes were cold. Finally received cool “cooked to burned” flavor coffee on 2nd asking. Our server Chandra made up for this subpar meal; Chandra was pleasant, obviously working under “combat kitchen” conditions. Chandra deserves a metal of honor! Restaurant needs new manager! Memorable in way of a nightmare….Chandra needs to do standup comedy about time working here! Really!

Went at 6pm on friday. There was only 4 or 5 people in the whole place. We waited about 5 min by the door and no one ever came to greet us or tell us "hey we will be with you in a minute"....Nothing! We asked a customer that had finished and was leaving how the service was and they said "it's a bit of a wait". So we decided to go somewhere else. We loved Red Lobster we had our first date there and hoped to enjoy it again. No such luck.

Unfortunately, I had to wait for a while for an employee to help me. For example, one employee walked past right by me. This employee didn't offer to see what I needed or if I had been helped already. Another employee saw me waiting while in route running around but didn't stop to at least get someone else to help me. I stood and waited for some time before someone came to see about me then I ordered a gift card. Hopefully, it was a fluke and management has more staff on hand. So, that the staff can pay attention to those customers who walk in and are waiting and waiting to be acknowledged.
