Myself and my spouse were the only ones in the restaurant the entire duration of our dinner and the service was.. not so good. Had to remind the waitress several times of basic things needed on the table. Food order was placed wrong and came out wrong. Taste of the food is mediocre.Then went to the restroom after an employee, the employee didn’t flush the toilet.. I wouldn’t recommend and will not be coming back. Sorry

We have been loyal Rio diners for years. However, on our last visit, our credit card was charged the wrong amount. When I called and asked the manager about it, he acted like I was in the wrong for even asking about it. He was very rude and sarcastic to me on the phone saying, "What do you want me to do?
