The food was good minus having some shell from the crawfish in my sushi roll. I'd give 5 stars but it took entirely too long for our food and we were the only 2 people in there. Also I feel like the workers just really didn't want to be there or enjoy their job. I've been a server so I get it but customer service skills go a long way.

I know it is New Years Eve,but,my husband just went to get us dinner,7:45,so glad your employees are enjoying a blunt,but they wouldn't make 2 sushi rolls for him,shame on them,go party!

We stopped by to have a quick bite since we were in the neighborhood. Our waitress Whitney was very friendly and efficient. Historically we haven’t had great service here but Whitney restored our faith in Rock n Roll.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! I had the crowd surfer the first day I went and it was so good that I had to go back again the next day. Had the punk rock roll and it was so delicious too. Love the theme and decor as well!

The manager of several stores in the Pensacola area, Amy Boesen is UNHINGED! Her behavior is abhorrent and beyond disrespectful. She steals tips from employees, threatens them with physical violence, and is often drunk on the job. When someone tried to complain to corporate about her objectively awful actions and management style, they basically said they do not care. I would rather go hungry than patronize an establishment that treats their employees this way. I hope this chain goes out of business. Disgusting.
This place desperately needs some help.... Food is awesome but there is always one person in there trying to serve people and about 20 To-go orders at all times. It's been like this for years now.... Finally decided to write review. The lady working tonight was working her butt off and could not keep up.

I am a HUGE fan of Rock N Roll Sushi and eat it all the time. We ordered tonight from the Pinebrook location in Mobile. Upon ordering we had a door dash gift card to use and when going to check out it immediately charged my stored debit card number instead of using the gift card number. Knowing this was a glitch within the Doordash company, I knew it wasn't R&R fault so I immediately called the actual restaurant to let them know and the number went straight to voice-mail all 10 times I called. I then just accepted it as a loss and decided to ignore the mistake. The Doordash driver arrived only a few min after we placed the order and then shortly left to deliver. Once we got it (very quick), the sushi, crab Rangoon and general chicken & rice, as well as our sushi was COLD & chicken fatty. I was shocked by this and very disappointed, especially after paying that much AND no answer any of the times we called. So sad to be so disappointed and unhappy with our favorite sushi company! They are usually all about quality and I feel this incident is NOT what they are known for.

Went based on a suggestion. We got a sushi roll and a chicken fried rice. Both were overpriced and bland. Service was decent. Restaurant was small but cute.
