It would have been better if they got my order right the first time. Plus, every time we go there the salad bar looks decimated and gross. They should have healthier salad dressings, to.

Recently remodeled and it is now very nice atmosphere and clean.

I ordered a steak. I asked for medium rare. I waited and waited. Then I finally got my food. I cut into my steak and see that it is not medium rare its a rare steak. So i call the server over and ask if it may be cooked just a little bit longer. She takes it back to the kitchen and less than a minute later I get it back. Its the same. I do not recommend this restaurant or at least this particular location if you are wanting your food to be cooked correctly.

The service here was very good. The restaurant was clean, especially the salad bar area. The salad bar was well stocked, but did not offer blue cheese dressing. Nor did they offer any pudding or rolls.

Take out order. Usually DON'T because of money. We're not rich. I paid $4 dollars extra for tots, didn't get. And if I wanted a wet sandwich, I could have doused water over it. It's soaked.

Horrible drinks and place needs a good cleaning. Bar tender does a great job with what she has. But, I won't be back for after hours drinks or any food again.

This has got to be the filthiest and most run down Ruby Tuesday I have ever been in.
It absolutely stinks from the front door to the dining room.
I saw many folks seated with no food . There were only 2 maybe 3 waitstaff.
I used to look forward to going there for the salad bar. Even that has changed.
Not real happy with them now.

Told we'd have to wait 5 to 10 minutes; it was 20. No waitstaff present. The place smelled dirty, the seat was so worn out it had holes in it and the foyer was filthy. Decided not to wait on non-existent service so we left.

The only reason I put 4 stars to the atmosphere is because the bathroom was dirty. You will get more customers if you keep your bathrooms clean. Kyla is a fantastic server! We really enjoyed her. Asiah did a wonderful job serving! Great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

Stopped in for lunch, took a minute for our server to come but once she came all was good. Had the ayce garden bar and burger combo for $10 on Mondays, garden bar was well stocked and everything was fresh. The burger and fries were well cooked and appetizing. Restaurant was clean but they need to take the salt and pepper shakers apart and clean them inside and out as they were nasty. Will come here again. Yum

Food was great and i really wish I could remember our servers name because he was amazing. It was super busy due to it being valentines day and he still made sure to check on us frequently and made sure we didn't need anything.
