My husband just got robbed of his money at this place the Food was horrible ribs dried out I will never buy here again they should be ASHAME of selling this for editable food.I hate I recommend this place.

I arrived just before lunch, I had'nt been here in 7yrs , the Atmosphere was still warm and friendly,The service was still prompt and responsive. And the food was rich and delicious.I spoke with the owner Mr Wingfield and he informed me that he would be retiring,this was a great disapointment to me because Saucy Q, Barbeque is a staple to the community.I pray that the Divine makes a way for the community to stay blessed with this beautiful family ,Mr and Mrs Wingfield and their two sons and their wives . And the food that God has blessed the community to experience through this family...

my order was placed at 12:47 and by 1:30 p.m still no food , so I went to the register and inquired, their response was they were: stressed out" there were three occupied tables in the entire restaurant. I also thought to look at the thermostat before i left, which was set on 50° but the temp was 85°....just beware. save your nickels, and go eat at m Moes or Dreamland....these people are "too stressed out to deal with it."

I use to love the barbecue and I don’t know what happened to this place. Today while over in Mobile I got the loaded baked potato with pork. I drove home to Baldwin Co and it was the most NASTY thing I ever ate. The taste was horrendous! Also the staff was yelling and laughing in the back. As I walked up to the counter the cashier was training another employee and continued to train him as he was placing an order for HIMSELF! I continued to stand there waiting I finally interrupted them and placed my order. What I should have done was walk out because my food and $16 ended up in the trash after all. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
The owners are very nice and the food amazing probably the most unique tasting chili cheese fries ive had.

Very good bbq brisket sandwich. Loved it without sauce and with. 1/4 slab rib dinner with 2 sides was second order ... exceptional. Great job. Staff was accommodating. Clean restrooms. Parking near door. Restrooms old but clean.

Arrived here on Saturday at 2:15 and wanted to try their top-rated BBQ. However, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young man behind the register who promptly told us they lock the doors at 2:45 because they close at 3:00. I acknowledged that but then he refused to seat us and said all we could do was order take-out. So, apparently the employees are more concerned about getting off on time than accommodating paying customers who make their jobs possible. This is without a doubt, the WORST customer service I've encountered ANYWHERE in my life! This was my first (and LAST time) to visit this establishment as they clearly do not care about or appreciate their customers!
