Great Shrimp served many ways at reasonable prices. If I lived here, I would be here frequently. Good neighborly feel to the place and a local, small casual atmosphere. Full bar with 2 tv's to watch sports as well. Give it a try. I had the peel and eat shrimp and they were very good and fresh along with the Fried Shrimp platter. The Key Lime pie was good as well. Give it a try.

Food was great. Most of us had a luncheon bowl of gumbo and caesar salad with blackened shrimp. Getting our order taken took too long, but it was the first Friday during lent and they had limited wait staff. We explained our timeline to be at a hospital and they were very accommodating. We had to eat fast, but made it. The food was great and the server was pleasant and helpful. (For some reason, this review showed up under McDonalds. Had to cut & paste.)

We got there around 2 after lunch rush. Which was nice! There was a mixup on our order but was corrected quickly. Thank you! Very attentive customer service not only our server but the one for the table next door kept checking on them too. Good job!! and Good food!

We waited to be seated, waited for service, waited for drinks. Wrong drinks were brought and then corrected which took some time. Wrong food was brought the corrected which took some time. Cheese grits were cold. All in all the mail took an hour and a half and that’s after we got seated. For two people it should never take that long. My friend was super late clocking back in from lunch. We are not eager to return.

Wowzers!!!!! I only came because my local friends invited me or I may not have come across this place. Since the name, I ordered the shrimp basket, boy that was alot of food. We got corn fritters for appetizers and they were tasty. Big portions of drinks and friendly people. Twice the manager on duty came throughout the store to check on customer satisfaction.

Had the worst "service" ever or should I even call it service if you're not served. Our party of four was promptly seated and a waitress who didn't give her name came to our table. We asked a question about their cocktails which she answered and we told her we were ready to order as we've been here several times before. She tells "I forgot my book, let me get it and I'll be right back." Well 20 minutes later we hadn't been given water nor had she come back. Meanwhile, there were two other sections with customers who were being served. There were two sets of customers, in the other two sections, that came in after us who were being served with drinks and food when we said that's enough we're leaving. We did speak with someone about it and she tried to get us to stay. I promised we'd be sure to sit in her section the next time we come. Unfortunately though it was too late, as our appetite along with our patience had left.
I have had really good shrimp poboys in New Orleans. The Shrimp Basket's shrimp poboy was wonderful. Full of shrimp and a wonderful soft roll. Just enough mayo, pickles and lettuce. Full of piping hot shrimp. The onion rings were straight out of the fryer and really good.

The waitress completely overlooked me. There was another patron that noticed I had not been waited on. She told her server and someone took my order. It was still really slow. My food was good even though I had to rush. I only work five minutes away and would love to eat there, but the wait time is not something I can risk at lunch.
