They are honestly so sweet! I’ve taken my daughter a few times now after summer camp. We’re always last minute before closing and they’ve always been so kind and accommodating with my excited 3 year old!

We had the most wonderful time celebrating their 10th birthday! If you haven’t been or tried this place for the past 10 years it has been open, don’t wait any longer and treat yourself by making a visit! ???? The strawberry cupcake is my favorite!

Absolutely the BEST cupcakes in Mobile! Nice, friendly, courteous staff!

The absolute BEST customer service!!! I picked up my 3 tiered cake on Friday before closing, and unfortunately, it fell during transportation, and our event was the next day. I was losing my mind because I couldn't fix it! I called them as soon as they opened Saturday morning, and they replaced the cake with 2 cakes and some cupcakes and even decorated them to match my event's theme to where no one even noticed that the replacement cakes weren't the original cake that I ordered! Everyone LOVED them so much and they tasted amazing!!! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Absolutely amazing bakery!!

It looks like mine won't be the only bad review. What is wrong with this business? I'm a hard working man who doesn't expect much for hoot & holler, but this place deserves 0 stars. All talk. Won't be back. Couldn't even cater to a toddler birthday for CUPCAKES - what do you think they can do for you. 100% of nothing, that's what.

Cupcake wasn't good. "Buttercream Frosting" very gritty. Couldn't stand the texture. Chocolate Chip cookie tasted straight like a tollhouse cookie. Not impressed.

So smug. Called to see if they could accomodate *anything* for my son's birthday party @ school. (Which in itself would have been FREE advertisement. At a school.) The chick I talked to was so demeaning & acted like they were just too good and too busy for our business. Wow. Local businesses with attitudes like that don't last long. Remember that.

Have been using this place for custom cakes for two years and definitely intend to continue using them for all events, they go above and beyond for the look you want to create and the taste is amazing as well! I get compliments on the cakes every time!

The cake was absolutely beautiful. My daughter loved the way it looked. The taste…. well I definitely paid for the artistry. Everything in the shop looked delicious so maybe it was just our choices. The cake was the confetti cake and it was super dry. The frosting on the outside was ok, but the frosting between the layers barely had a flavor at all. I will probably try something else in their shop and if other options are good I’d order another cake from them. Otherwise, no.
