The food is alright but the owner is rude.. I briefly worked for him and he let me sit in the rain outside for 2 hours before coming to unlock the foodtruck for service... Then he eventually fired me for being "unprofessional".

Great idea, basically food trucks in ConEx shipping containers. 4 different restaurants were open when we went. Had the Honduran Birra Tacos and Horchatta.

This is the BBQ place in the container park. I got the bangin baguette with chicken. It came with fries and a drink for the price listed. I think it was $14-16 before tax. The bread was amazing. The chicken was really good. Good white bbq sauce and red sauce.
