The girls/ladies working the window were very professional in taking and filling the orders. VERY well spoken and polite. Welcomed me to Smoothie King, offered an upsale, had no qualms about customizing my orders, and told.me to have a great day. 1.9.2025 around 4:30 pm. WONDERFUL. I was VERY impressed! All I could think was FINALLY they have some professional people in here. 🥳🥳🥳

Watery loose juice. They do not make smoothies. Smoothies, if they are good, are nice and thick. There is always a nasty after taste. I am deleting the app. No more smoothie king for me.

I came to this smoothie king on 2/24/24 on my way home from work as I live an hour away. I had a coupon that wasn't working through the app so they told me to pull up to the window. I handed them my card and pulled up the coupon to be scanned. After a few moments, I was handed the receipt for $13 and some change that I was told was the order total. the next day upon viewing my bank statement I see a charge for the $13 and another for $22.83 which has a date for the next day. The next day was a Sunday so I waited for the transaction to finalize in case it was an accident and was going to be reversed. Again I live an hour away. I came by a few days later after both charges posted to my account and spoke with a manager and she pulled up the transactions and verified they were both showing up. She thought maybe the $22.83 would fall off so she told me to give it a few days and let her know if it falls off. I waited until Friday which is a full 6 days after the charge posted to my account and called my bank and they verified that it was in fact posted to my account and the money had been debted from my account. So I returned to the location and the same manager instantly recognized me and went and pulled up the transactions. Only this time, she said and even showed it wasn't showing up on her side anymore, but instead of calling to find out why the transaction debited from my account, her answer was, "Well maybe you came here two days in a row". First off, if I had come here two days in a row the transaction would show up. Second, why would I drive an hour to get a smoothie? I have not eaten here since Saturday 2/24, and since I have to dispute this through my bank, I won't be coming back. At least not to this location anyways.

Needed to pickup a to go order really quick and the doors were locked at 7pm!! Now I have to get in the drive thru and sit here forever. Is this bc only one person is working? Maybe smoothie king doesn’t pay enough for people to want to work? Or is it bc the one worker is lazy? Regardless of the reason, I won’t be back!

Absolutely loved the experience this morning, she handed my few orders very well and she just had this intense positive vibe that I hope she always keeps and a sense of humor trying to trick me that my order was 80$
