I came to this smoothie king on 2/24/24 on my way home from work as I live an hour away. I had a coupon that wasn't working through the app so they told me to pull up to the window. I handed them my card and pulled up the coupon to be scanned. After a few moments, I was handed the receipt for $13 and some change that I was told was the order total. the next day upon viewing my bank statement I see a charge for the $13 and another for $22.83 which has a date for the next day. The next day was a Sunday so I waited for the transaction to finalize in case it was an accident and was going to be reversed. Again I live an hour away. I came by a few days later after both charges posted to my account and spoke with a manager and she pulled up the transactions and verified they were both showing up. She thought maybe the $22.83 would fall off so she told me to give it a few days and let her know if it falls off. I waited until Friday which is a full 6 days after the charge posted to my account and called my bank and they verified that it was in fact posted to my account and the money had been debted from my account. So I returned to the location and the same manager instantly recognized me and went and pulled up the transactions. Only this time, she said and even showed it wasn't showing up on her side anymore, but instead of calling to find out why the transaction debited from my account, her answer was, "Well maybe you came here two days in a row". First off, if I had come here two days in a row the transaction would show up. Second, why would I drive an hour to get a smoothie? I have not eaten here since Saturday 2/24, and since I have to dispute this through my bank, I won't be coming back. At least not to this location anyways.

Needed to pickup a to go order really quick and the doors were locked at 7pm!! Now I have to get in the drive thru and sit here forever. Is this bc only one person is working? Maybe smoothie king doesn’t pay enough for people to want to work? Or is it bc the one worker is lazy? Regardless of the reason, I won’t be back!
Absolutely loved the experience this morning, she handed my few orders very well and she just had this intense positive vibe that I hope she always keeps and a sense of humor trying to trick me that my order was 80$

The women that worked here were cursing loud enough for me to hear in the drive through, the smoothie was terrible. The smoothie was not blended it was full of chunks of ice and powder.

I purchased a Strawberry Hulk. The only thing I received was a slight hint of what was supposed to be strawberries. If I had not been on my way to a funeral, I would have taken it back. The only positive thing I can say is..it was cold.?

Smoothie King is a great place to get beverages. The staff will quickly make the smoothie you want to enjoy. It only takes a few minutes to get your favorite beverages. The prices are reasonable for special smoothie. My favorite beverages are fruity items. I like to go inside and look at list and get what I want so quickly.

Great experience at this location until today Tyler and Alexis were horrible at making a chocolate peanut power plus. I literally go here daily. I Gave two back because they tasted like straight milk. Tyler’s response was “you know it has milk in it right” lol it has dates in it too but i don’t expect a smoothie titled “Chocolate Peanut Power Plus” to only taste like dates. He was very rude and offensive. This customer service led to his frustration and over refunding me. Thanks for the tip Tyler. Please know this location is a not bad at all. I just had a bad experience today and thought I’d write about.
First time at a Smoothie King in a while and it hasn’t changed. They still produce a great product. I am always impressed with their offerings and things that you can add to your smoothie. The team there was efficient and very polite and the facilities were extremely clean. This is the type of place that I like to frequent.

However the door was locked and the women inside indicated they were closed. Very disappointed. I get they were trying to get out of there as fast as possible, but what's the point in having a closing time if you're not going to stick to it.

Great healthy option, prices are extremely fair and cheaper than all the other smoothie king franchises I have been to from Nola to Destin Florida as I travel back and forth through the gulf coast

I am currently sitting in the Drive-Thru. Been around the building twice I see two ladies working in there laughing having a good old time. This location supposed to open up at 7:00 now it's 10 minutes after. They finally turned on the light of the menu in the drive-thru after 5 minutes but they still have haven't answered the drive-thru even though I went around twice. Im going ahead and leave because it seems like they're never going to answer the drive-thru.
