If i could rate this a zero I would.. The girl had to remake my smoothie twice and still got it wrong I had to get a refund! I got a large hulk with extra strawberries and she told me a large strawberry hulk comes with 1 scoop of strawberries and she put 2 I looked it up on google it says a large strawberry hulk comes with 2 scoops of strawberries and I should of got 3 because I got extra strawberries. I think the employees need a little more training on how to make the smoothies the right way they are just doing whatever they want to do! Will not be back at this location. I went to other locations and my smoothie never tasted like that I couldnt even taste the strawberries it tasted like pure vanilla. I'll go to another location from now on at least when I went to another location I said extra and they put extra like I asked and paid for!

LaDaisha claimed to be the woman in charge . But she was very RUDE on the phone when I told her about my smoothie . She put wayyyyyyy too much peanut butter in my smoothie . I’m a frequent customer at this location and the peanut butter has never been so powerful and thick to the point I can’t suck it up out the straw . I brought it to her attention and she literally just stood there holding the phone with saying nothing .

Pulled up to this location at 7:50 PM on June 15th and had the employee in the drive through tell me that supposedly their “system was down” aka they’re lying to my face because they don’t want to take anymore orders. If your hours are listed to be open until 8PM you take orders until 8PM! This is a fast food place not some sit down restaurant. Incredibly poor work ethic exhibited from the young woman working that night.

Employees are incredibly rude. Context: I had no cross words with anyone; this is simply a general customer service observation. Not a single thank you, and very annoyed by the most basic questions. It's pretty remarkable how rude they are. I don't like to patronize places that don't teach their employees the right way to interact with customers.
