On 1/7/2025 around 7:25 pm My daughter and I came to this location to get 2 smoothies but we were also thinking on getting another item but was rudely interrupted at the drive thru by the employee who must’ve had the worst day ever ( Arionna ) after I told her what we ordered .. while still viewing the menu she talked over me when she stated “yes or no” with a nasty attitude before I could even complete my order ! Literally rushed us! … why go to work if you’re gonna bring your problems from home to work? I don’t understand! ..

Me and my boyfriend were here, 20 mins before they closed at 8:00. We were in the drive through for a few mins when we realized they might already be closed, the people in front of us wasn’t moving at the speaker. Then when we got up to the speaker it said they were closed but it was only 7:40. So we saw a few people inside so we just went inside and see if they were still taking orders and they were. The two girls definitely seemed aggravated that we were even in there, after waiting it was then 7:50 and they told us that they aren’t taking orders anymore in a very rude way. And we asked what time they are supposed to stop taking orders and they said 7:55….it wasn’t even 7:55 yet and we then said we’ve been here for 20 mins. So they made our smoothies, mine I usually get is a strawberry and banana smoothie with 1 scoop or protein and frozen yogurt. So my boyfriend just said strawberry and banana just so it would be easy bc they didn’t wanna take our order, then he asked if they could put the frozen yogurt in it as well IF they could (no biggie if not) and she said “I guess”. Anyways just very rude customer service. They put on the speaker that they were closed and it was only 7:40…..they stop taking orders at 7:55 though. They were EXTREMELY rude. If they would’ve told us nicely that they weren’t taking orders anymore like right when we walked in the door then it would have been no problem! One girl was named Jamie I think. I just didn’t even want the smoothie at that point if they were going to act like that.

This location sucks. They will smile in your face knowing that they didn't put all your ingredients in your smoothie. I've gone there twice, asked for energy and they didn't even put it in. For anyone that adds energy, you know that it has and instant color changing effect on your bathroom results (to put it midly), besides giving you energy. I have a bad stomach condition and I need energy sometimes when I haven't been eating regularly, so I really needed it. Besides the missing energy, they also left out a fruit that I asked to be added. I won't be going there again. I can't help but believe all the positive comments are fake and are from Smoothie King employees/owners. Too many youngsters who don't care about their jobs and don't have a clue how to give good customer service are being left to run businesses by themselves these days. This Smoothie King location is one of those businesses.

I would give this location more stars but I’ve have had to deal with liquid dripping from the container and a young girl hanging up on me. All companies should train employees on app use. At least at Starbucks Baristas will inform you that they aren’t trained on how to use the app. I don’t agree with it however, that’s better than being hung upon because an employee isn’t knowledgeable. I contacted Smoothie King and they tried to make it right but the problem is that employees aren’t performing their jobs adequately. And in some cases they are not properly trained. This comment is relevant is every industry as customer service is lacking.

Never have I ever been in a place that made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. This was our 3rd smoothie king try in mobile- the others just wouldn’t give you any service in the drive through and the doors were locked before 9. We finally found one with open doors and when we got there we walked in and out of the 3 workers on the clock- no one said hello. Nothing from them. When we were looking at the menu they were just staring at us, no offer to help or anything. We had to go to the other side of the counter to pay at the drive through register. When they made our smoothies no one said anything to us just sat random smoothies on the counter for us to figure out on our own. Customer service 1/5 will never go back. It’s honestly ridiculous, getting paid to give awful customer service ?
