Order a smoothie through the app and when I picked it up it didn't have the add on I requested, on top of that it was melted like. I took it back to get another one and it was worst than the first one cause it was almost like milk. Night shift is questionable.

I came in yesterday and ordered a smoothie. It was handed to me by a girl named Paige Butler. She was very rude and tossed it to me and i observed the way she talked to customers through the drive through was also very unprofessional and in a rude manner. She was on her phone sitting on a chair next to the restroom and most of her coworkers were doing the work. Aside from all of this? the smoothie was melted and not tasty at all. This is unacceptable service.

I was thrilled to have had a great experience at Smoothie King Schillinger Rd yesterday. The team was fun, helpful, and created a wonderful Refresher made with Lemonade and Real Strawberries. I learned that Pollyanna, the owner, has had the stor for 17 years, and that we know so many of the same people. Grateful to have this establishment caring about me!
