I went there 11/8/25 ordered two coco haze bowls I have received them two different ways as this is my morning stop most weekdays to work with and without blueberries. I believe they pre freeze bowls and may have given the wrong bowl a time or two. I asked to replace blueberries with extra banana was told no blueberries come on the smoothie so said ok the no extra just bananas and strawberry’s. They charges 1.98 for extra bananas and my food was over turned prior to giving out in drive thru. Charged for bananas received four in one five slices on the other. And lid full of Nutella. Doe two kids to eat on the road. Which they could not do. Owner stated she would call me never did it was not a money issue but the staff could have remade the bowl instead of presenting like the pics I am attaching. Also should have refunded the 2$ atleast offered. Still no call or apology

Pulled up 10 minutes before close just for the employee that’s working on shift to claim that their “system is down” aka we shut down everything before the actual posted closing time hours. Sunday June 15th 7:50 pm
Don't waste your time going to the one on Schillinger. Just went to go order 6 smoothie bowls and they said they are not making them right now. Went to the one on Hillcrest and picked up my 6 bowls.

Ordered 2 smoothies, which were awful and tasted like water and blended ice. Did not offer to remake them. Only a refund was offered. Terrible service. Second episode in the last few weeks.
