The manager was extremely rude. When I asked to double check about Oreos in the rolled ice cream, she started to be rude and when I finally said Is there an issue she said it was the first interaction so she had no clue why I'd call her out. But she was rude when they messed my order up the first time(added whipped cream) and she's like well did you tell her you didn't want it? I of course did because I can't stand whipped cream. The other girl wasn't great either. I asked her opinion between the 2 and she wouldn't answer and acted like I was an annoyance. When I asked again she gave me some snide response. I've worked in the service industry for years and I was genuinely baffled by this experience. My friend and I spent over $40 combined and love rolled ice cream but we won't come back.

I love it HERE, especially since they didn’t renew the Hillcrest location. I was told they been here 4 years and I’m no way NEVER knew that but thanks for the info. Ice cream was just as I imagine and had a taste for today! So I picked the brownie cup with whipped cream and chocolate syrup ? photos are below

I have been here twice, both experiences was petty dry on being welcomed, interaction with customers and pace of service. The first time I went I got the Smore Ice Cream and it was flavor less. The second time me and my family got snow cones and it was so much ice that could barely taste the tigers blood flavor. My wife said her was pretty bland too. My daughter which was 2 at the time was pretty good though. The lady was nice and gave her a cookie too. I don't know if they are just over working but the customer service is not nowhere near the best.

Omg their icies are so good. They add extra creme when I ask. And the size is so big. Also. They don't skip on the syrup like everywhere else. So it is always flavorful

First time trying. I was going to order the soft-serve Banana Pudding. The server suggested the Rolled Ice Cream version. She said the Rolled Ice Cream has the flavor of Banana Pudding in every bite whereas the Soft-serve version is Soft-serve Ice Cream with banana pudding flavor. She said you get a bite of ice cream and maybe next bite banana pudding flavor. I had never had Rolled Ice Cream before so I tried it. WOW! I'm very impressed with the texture and flavor of each bite. Highly Recommend. They also have a Poke bowl place inside the same shop. I'll try it out next time. I'll be sure to ask for their recommendations on a Poke bowl.

Rolled ice cream lacked flavor. I got the Ferrera Roche . And the young kid who made my ice cream and checked me out did not say 2 words to me. I even tried to make small talk and he completely ignored me. I said thank you... NOT A WORD. Won't be back. I'll drive to Gulf shores and go to Cowbell rolled ice cream

The rolled ice cream is as good as it is pretty. BUT, the young guy making the ice cream seemed to me like he was doing a good job. Ice cream was rolled perfect. Another lady in there seemed to be in a bad mood. She was constantly fussing at the guy in front of customers and even threw away some of the ice cream he made...which looked perfectly fine to me.
