Worst location EVER!!!
Sorry went and they have no ice cream and they were out of most of the food. Like what ? How are u in business .

I will never go back to this location. I don’t know how you keep business there. But I have never had such a terrible experience at a sonic before. Me and my boyfriend simply wanted to get some mozzarella sticks and slushies. So we pulled up to one screen and clicked the red button and waited and kept waiting. After clicking the red button two more times and waiting 10 more minutes we decided to move to another screen. Same thing again. But we waited for 15 minutes. Finally someone answered, she was very rude. When we told her we wanted mozzarella sticks she asked “is that all?” before we could even finish saying it. Then when we continued with our drink orders she said “is that it? Are you done yet?” Before we could even finish our order she told us to hold on and continued to laugh and talk to someone while still on the mic. Then continued to talk to someone else. We still haven’t finished our orders at this point, so we drove off with no food and no drinks.

You would think a sign or an announcement would have been made to let your customers know that you can only pay with cash at this establishment. I waited a reasonable amount of time for my order to be brought to me only to be met with a young lady that informed me I couldn't use my tap pay on my phone or my debit card to pay for this meal. Cash only screams "inside theft" to me and my experience in the food industry. I am driving down from the hospital, visiting my son in the PICU. So, I am not just going to have cash on me. And furthermore, I was treated like I was the one in the wrong because I have a common way to pay for this transaction. I was told I should have just ordered on the app.
The parking lot and restaurant look decrepit. Staff was unhelpful and unappreciative of the little bit of business they could conjure up. You would think the management in place would have every resource available to be able to make money. Yet they are no where to be found. So I left and gave 2 other establishments my money. I will never be back and anytime someone ask me where they should go eat, which is alot, I will make sure to tell them to avoid this location. I don't expect this location to be open by next year. Good luck to those employees.

No receipt is crazy. 5$ for a medium slush is a bit concerning especially for there to be no receipt

When you buy a breakfast meal, you don't want a soda, you want coffee. I got up- charged $2 for the coffee... the burrito didn't have any peppers in it like it looks in the picture.
Stayed at the parking spot to eat and before I could finish man came begging and digging in the garbage for food.

Waited 40 minutes for my hamburger and two drinks, said food was on its way never arrived. Wife got out and went up front come to find out they was out of the specific burger I ordered was never notified. We had to leave due to a dr appointment so we paid for everything and never received anything not even the drinks, no refund or anything. Would give 0 stars if it was an option

Do yourself and your family a favor and go to the other one in town. I tried to get food on my HOUR-long lunch break this past Saturday. They wouldn't take my or anyone else’s order. Everytime I hit the button to try they would just keep saying, “call back in 5 mins” never ended up getting food. Before I knew it my lunch break was over and I was starving for the rest of the day. Employees are super rude. So yeah, to to the other one ?

I ordered a blue raspberry large slushie and sat under the port and waited on it for over 10 mins before I even called in again to see what was the holdup and I was told the freeze machine. Now working in food I think it is imperative that if something is under a wait time for what one orders then they should be notified before the customer waits over a certain amount of time especially when a drink was the only thing ordered. As I’m writing this review I have yet to even receive my order. Do better this is ridiculous just now I was told to choose anther slush due to them being out of needs. I sat here for 20 mins and they are just telling me this. So I refused the order
