We waited over 15 minutes for our food. The burger was cold and the milkshake was half full with whip cream (we asked for no whip cream). The credit card machine wasn't working for our stall.

Whatever the processed is between milkshakes and blast, they're doing it wrong. Seems like they're just making blast like milkshakes. I've gotten two blasts within a week and you could drink them with straws...
Please fix the machine or get them to make it right.
Well, I decided to go there today 11-9-25 and there were only two cars in the parking lot. I waited over 5 minutes after pushing the button and no one took my order. I decided just to leave cuz it's obvious whoever y'all have there doesn't care. My last issue was the low quality blast that are actually being made like milkshakes it is to why I haven't been there in over 5 months.. now I have to wait for someone finishing their conversation about boyfriend issues before I can even get my order taken. This location will have great employees for a few months then people just needing a job.

This is the WORST Sonic in mobile!!! live right down the street from this restaurant and I love their strawberry limeade. I always order using the mobile app and leave atleast a couple dollars tip every visit. it does not matter if I get 20 menu items or just a drink they ALWAYS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 30 Minutes to bring me my order. I always leave frustrated and swear to never return. There’s never an apology an explanation or a discount. I left without my drink and mozzarella sticks and I left a $3 tip. Tried calling the restaurant a few hours later no one answered. If I were the owner of this franchise I would highly reconsider who I am allowing to run my restaurant. It has business bc of its location but the revenue it could be generating if it had the right management would be astronomical in differences

Forgot to add my extras for my blasts and food was not hot and missing lettuce tomato and onion on my burger.
Not friendly.
Some of the touch screens don't work and the parking lot is bad to flood.
I would recommend that you look for another sonic.

If I could give a zero I would the second time I've come to this location and I have drove off without anything just to get a drink that takes over 20 minutes no one answers you on the intercom and won't respond and let you know nothing will not be back

did an online order for 2 burgers and 2 slushies immediately checked in waited 20 minutes and had to call the store to get someone’s attention and come to our car. then brought melted slushies and cold burgers. took them back and they put them in the microwave and gave it back to us thinking we wouldn’t know. they were still cold. asked for a refund and didn’t get it but then finally said they would remake it. didn’t end up leaving until we had been there for an hour. don’t come here…

Don’t bother waiting the time - they aren’t going to take your order. You can sit there all day.

this is the second time in 3 months ,the first time amd second it took 30 min for my food. first fries were cold burger was missing items, i asked for no onions it had them on there, im allergic. second time Fries were old and soft and half full. I ordered the new dill smash burger it only had sauce on half no pickled at all .
If I didn't like Sonic overall, the stars would be lower. The main thing is that someone needs to change that old grease. It ruins the food. When I order ahead on the app at the Springhill location, I will get there, and they will start making my food. That's not even during the lunch rush. Also, half their screens never work. I have to back up and switch stalls to the point I just left one day. Not all, but the majority of the people who come out to bring you the food look mean and don't even speak. They are lucky they don't have to skate out to the car like they do back home in Washington. Other than that 👍🏼.
