This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order, tipped online, and waited 30 minutes for them to bag it up. When I pushed the red button to ask about it, I was met with a very rude attitude saying they were bagging it up. I wouldn’t go here if you’re in a rush.

The burger was excellent, just what I ordered. Eugene had a question about an ad on the display and the ladies answered it quickly. We don't hear good, but they were patient and repeated themselves.

My 87 year old daddy wanted a chilli dog. I went to Sonic to get him the footlong chili cheese dog. I waited almost 20 minutes that night. I get to my daddy's house with his food and the hot dog bun was ROCK HARD. He couldn't even eat it. One of two things happened. Either the bun was old and stale, or it was frozen and they put the bun in the microwave. He then said he wished he'd gotten a hamburger. I felt awful. This was the Sonic on Springhill. Terrible experience.

Waited nearly 40 minutes and got cold stale food, it was only that fast cuz I had to leave the first stall I was at cuz no one answered for 20 minutes so I ordered on the app and moved to another stall and ordered, used up my lunch time.

I came here and I sat for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order at the stall because they do not have a drive thru. Me and my kids watched as the employees walked in and out and still no one took our order. We even saw people start leaving because of the wait. This location needs more employees because this is a disservice to this area of town for people to have to wait so long for food. All we wanted were three corndogs. That’s it.I had to press my button 3 times because they kept turning it off and still no one took my order.

Waited 45min on a Mobile order! Pressed button twice and was told order would be "right out." When I finally got order, everything was cold! As if order had been sitting for the 45 min. This is a rather consistent theme at this Sonic... not really sure why I keep giving them a chance.
