Did Uber Eats ordered buy one get one free burger, cheese, sticks, and french fries. When the delivery person came to deliver, she had the wrong order altogether so she had to go back to the Restaurant when she got there, they had already given my order to another driver, so they fixed another order when she delivered that order the fries were not even in the bag.

TWICE this week during 2-4pm I have waited at the drive thru and NOBODY answered so I go pull up to the and push the button NOBODY answered and I was the only CUSTOMER the guy was talking out the trash and the big guy appeared to be playing on his phone ignoring me through the window! WOW another sonic that will soon be out of business because 3 others pulled off after I got there !

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy in the drive through was so rude while I was trying to order that I just drove away. I waited forever to have anyone ask “what do you want” I said can I have a number 8 and he just said no you can’t. I said ummm. Excuse me? And he said if you have a pick up order you have to pull in another line. I said I don’t have a pick up order. He said MAAM IM NOT TALKING TO YOU. And I was speechless at his attitude. He sat there arguing with another car and then said “now WHAT do you want??”
Well nothing from you. I will not be back.

If I could give a 0 star, I would WORSE Sonic everrrr I was told to pull to the window for my online order just to have 1 car ahead of me and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. NEVER again, I will NEVER recommend this location to no one

Food was hot. The iced vanilla coffee a much to sweet for me. But I asked for water to put in, they brought out for me, I got it just right for my taste. They
apologized and I said it's ok, I didn't know how sweet it was. My first time having it. I would recommend this place 👌

THIS IS NOT EVEN ONE STAR WORTHY!! I ordered 2 Route 44 drinks. One a Cherry Limeade with Vanilla and the other a Dirty Dr Pepper. When I was ordering the cashier couldn’t hear me that great because their outside music was turned up supper loud. I get my drinks and my Dirty Dr Pepper is BLUE. I tried to get a workers attention and she couldn’t hear me, so I pressed the red button and they ignored me for about 5-10mins until the display said to push the button for service again, so I did. When I told the cashier my drink was wrong she said “Oh we are out of coconut so we used Blue Coconut. Would you like a remake without the coconut?” I said sure and when they brought it out it looked like what it was supposed to look like minus the coconut. Their Dr Pepper is also running out and it tasted like carbonated water. You could even see it with your own eyes that it was running out. Also they should have SPOKEN UP about not having coconut instead of ASSUMING I would like the Blue Coconut as well as asking if I would like another soda flaver or to wait a few minutes to change out the syrup. I will never come back to this location again.

The staff doesn’t care about their job or the customers whatsoever. This location needs to be shut down asap. The negative reviews are stacking up for a REASON, and the reason is crystal clear.

I love Sonic food and used to manage one years ago, but the service here is just unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve been let down by this location. Poor service and they still expect tips. I started placing an order for two large combos, but the person on the speaker kept having to confirm my orders with the kitchen staff without muting herself on the speaker. Then she quit communicating before my order was completed. I continued to try and get her attention, but was never able to finish my order. I left a pretty unhappy “almost” customer. With the already rising costs and unhealthiness of fast food, you can’t have poor service too. Seems to be the trend at every fast food restaurant these days.

Every time I give this location another shot I’m disappointed, never have I been to this location once and haven’t been told to hang on a minute when trying to place an order it’s always followed by waiting at least 15 mins before just driving off. At the ordering stalls, the drive thru. I will never Be back to this location again sonic needs to close it’s doors already.

Every time I’ve done here, my drink is wrong. I got a lime slush that tasted like straight lime juice. I’ve never had a drink from any Sonic that bad.

Edit: I called the sonic location to let them know & got hung up on. I called corporate, nobody called me back. So yeah, 1 star. I avoid this location.
