Went to get the iconic sonic slush only from them to tell me the machine is broken and has been for a week!!

Didn’t give me a single cheese. Can’t eat my pretzel twists now. Absolute waste of 5 dollars.
Every time I go here the service is slow. The order is always wrong. The person at the drive thru ask several times what my order is and still gets it wrong. This place needs new people over it and a new owner because clearly you are not doing anything. There have been several bad reviews and nothing has been done. This place needs to be closed down.
Did a mobile order. It was not ready when we got there. We parked and pressed the button and then was motioned to go through the drive thru and not use the normal drive up speakers. Ordered on the app 3 ranches and 3 groovy sauces and got two bbq. When we got our food the boxes that the hamburgers were in were all smashed.

Slush machine was down. Whole reason we even went. Went to a second sonic and their machine is down and still waited 45 min for our food. It's fast food.

Went to get a slushy and a pretzel, did a mobile order. Upon arrival, no slushies, I can only replace with a drink. Fine. Get my pretzel and I am about to drive off, only to find it is so BURNT I can't even bite into it. So I wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes to get it fixed. Get to the window, get a replacement- still burnt. So salty with regular salt (not the prezel salt) that it couldn't even be ate. Not worth my time or money, and I will not be going back. To be honest, this location needs to be shut down or needs a whole new management and team. I have pictures but it won't let me upload them 🤔

First of all, the speaker we pulled up to either had zero connection, or no one listening. We had someone come out to check on us when we notified him no one had responded. We eventually went through the drive through, or more so a line of cars where each window/speaker just told you to pull up instead of offering assistance. We had a young woman come and take our order who reeked of marijuaa. We proceeded to watch workers smoke weed while there was an extremely long line. The smell was headache inducing. Not even sure if these workers are legal age to smoke, or if they know that marijunaa is illegal in AL. In all, it took 40 minutes and walking up to the window to get my food. I hope the gentleman who stood next to me who was also waiting gets his food soon. If this establishment was the only fast food restaurant in town, I would be a professional in home chef. I’ve attached a photo of the “workers”, if that’s what you would even call them.

After making us wait 10 minutes to even place our order, the employee talking on the speaker was not only very rude to me, he straight up lied about the items available on the menu at the time because he didn’t want to make it for us and got an attitude when we decided to leave.

Extremely slow service every time you go here. Drive-thru was down so I went to the stall to try to get a quick treat before heading back to work. Waited 10 minutes for them to bring out a cream slush despite it being slow and had plenty of staff. The guy that came out informed me that I could only pay with cash. You mean they couldn't be upfront with me about that? So at that point you might as well forget about it and I left. 10 minutes wasted

My food AND drinks were DISGUSTING. Used to love getting my rt 44 slushies for happy hour but now I don’t think I will be giving this location another chance
