This is by far the most miserable Sonic on the Planet. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE. They are so busy socializing/smoking in the parking lot that they are unable to prepare orders. They are LAZY and have literally sent the cooks out to deliver the food because they are too LAZY to do their job. Sassy, too. Nobody ever answers the phone so don't dare have a complaint! I did a mobile order pick up for a slushee and sat there for 15 mins before pressing the button for someone. The person that answered said they were backed up we were patient and understanding. Waited 45 minutes total and in that time we see cars that have pulled up AFTER us order and get there hot meals. After waiting another 5 minutes We left the stall and went to the drive through and had to tell them that we left the stall and we got our drink. No I’m sorry no explanation...read full review
