Took over 30 mins to get food there were only 2 people here

The food and drinks are typically delicious, it’s just a matter of getting them in a timely manner. I attempted to order a cherry limeade and a SINGULAR pretzel, tell me why I waited 20 mins for my drink itself, I ringed the bell again in hopes to chat with them and remind them of my initial order as well as add a pretzel. Well, 12 mins later and STILL NO DRINK OR PRETZEL. I ringed the red button one more time to let them know that sadly I have to leave now since it had already been 32ish minutes without receiving anything and I have an appointment to get to but they didn’t even answer the bell. So much for FAST food 💔 pookie jus wanted a limeade and a pretzel 😭💔
So decided to take my grandkids to sonic..to get food and milkshakes and they would not serve us because we went to sit at the tables...we attempted to order from two separate screens no one would take our order from 25 mins from when we pressed to order. This sonic has never given me a proper order.always wrong,.and this is the second time I couldn't get my ordered taken last time i said ill never go to this location again..today there were 3 adults and 4 kids today...so whataburger made over 66 bucks. I will never go here again they need new owners because these owners dont care how their business is ran..dont waste your hard earned money here plus Steak and shake..or Freddy's are close by for milkshakes and they will both serve you no problem.

Worst Sonic, employees obviously hate their job and it’s not hard to see why with like one person working there max. Stale topping on my Sonic blast after long waits despite ordering online. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wawas down the road, threw my order out in their trash cans and got food that wasn’t stale. Save yourself time and money.

Can never get the simplest of orders correct. Its like they dont even look at the ticket before they put stuff in the bag. Not 1 single item matched what we ordered.

5 cars waiting all in different areas of parking lot. I waited in the drive thru for 25 min at the speaker phone and nothing. Went to park and clicked the button to try and order and they stated drive thru only. Not worth it they need new employees. Weren’t even in uniform one of them in pj pants and crocs all while I watch them get orders wrongs and people walking up to the store.

Too slow! You wait forever. People drive off. They don’t have any change so they were rounding up or down to the nearest dollar. This isn’t a new problem either and it’s common at Sonic in Mobile and Navarre

First of all, I started in the drive thru line but, it was taking so long I decided to pull up to one of those order lanes. I ordered 2 small moz sticks, onion rings, and some fries. You would think that wouldn't take long , right? WRONG! After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I received just 1 order of moz sticks. I told the girl working my lane that i had 2 small orders & no sauce to go with. She then proceeded to bring me two ,exactly that, two mozzarella sticks (as pictured) attempting to be funny after already having a bad attitude. However I gave the service a 2 because of the black girl who helped get my order together. I say all this to say, just drive 10 more minutes down the road to the one on schillinger.

When I pressed the call button, no one got back to me. I placed an order online at 9:50 and did not get it until 10:50. All the workers went outside to smoke when we still haven’t gotten our food, and then sat inside doing nothing for 30 minutes. When we looked to see if our food was done, the worker gave us an attitude and proceeded to sit there. We couldn’t get a refund. EVERYONE IS HORRIBLE THERE. WORST SERVICE EVER. just shut down and fire everyone at this point

Got here at 9:45pm they close at midnight. Ordered on the app waited 30 minutes. Decided to go knock on the door and no one was inside. The employees were out back smoking. I never received my food or a refund. DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES.

I just wanted a DAMN mozzarella stick but APPARENTLY NO ONE works here???? Pressed that damn button 12 times in the past 39 minutes and nobody speaking in drive through either. I’m hungry and I’m angry and I want to go to bed. #fireallemployess
