Please be careful placing mobile orders here. We pulled up, ordered through the app, and then waited 20 minutes to get cold food and told that they didn’t have drinks, and that we would have to go through the app for a refund. Called support on the app, got told that since we received part of our order, they would not refund the missing drinks, but they would give us a coupon for a shake. Sure, it’s only a couple of dollars that they are essentially stealing from me, but how many others are they doing it to as well. Food cold, service bad, don’t go here.

Good luck Amy. Poor service. After 10 minutes, no response from a stall. Then went through drive thru where the intercom wasn’t working. Rude staff. Slush machine down. Poor experience, mostly due to facilities and employees.

Awful expierence. They ignored us in the stalls and the drive thru. We had pick up orders so we had no choice to wait. It was almost up to an hour of waiting. Would definitely not recommend. They acted like we took long to get to the pick up order.

I really wanted to try the new chipotle chicken wraps. I know they are a 1.99 but for me to get two and no chicken inside, just this. I feel like I need my money back. This is not right. And that’s why I’m leaving a bad review.❗️❗️❗️❗️

I waited 47 minutes at the Sonic for 1 shake that I ordered ASAP 20 minutes prior!!! On a Sunday afternoon. Unacceptable for sure will be very non sonic friendly for a loooong time!!!

Service was horrible. Order was taken wrong when called for correction waited 30 mins and then still not corrected. I keep buzzing for assistance no one answered or came out. I asked for my money back only returned $9 when the meal was $25. I waited 45 mins still not corrected. Please do not waste your time and money going here.. .Horrible service and food. No Grace

I hate writing bad reviews but this has to be known, I wasn't too hungry so I got a kids meal, fries and grilled cheese, I can be honest I loved the fries but the grilled cheese didn't seem grilled, my grandma can make better, it looks as if it was microwaved.
TLDR; Grilled cheese looked gross, fries were okay

I went through the drive thru last night to order a slushie, I asked if they accepted apply pay bc I forgot my wallet and my sister told me they accept it through drivethru, the girl at the window said sorry we don’t and shut the window and her coworkers behind her were laughing said omg you did not just lie to her. I work in food service too so I know it’s annoying when people come in last minute but I wasn’t ordering food and the least they could do was politely say “sorry we’re about to close and we can’t take anymore orders.”
Also when I pulled up the backdoor was open and one of the workers was laying in the driveway ????

This was a horrible experience there was a girl who has been there a week she stated. she was left to make items she did not know how too. she was over whelmed and stressed 0/10 Management was no where to be found when we asked. the employee did not deserve that she was super sweet tho!
