Will the ice cream machine ever work again😂 I’ve always thought of it like a sonic staple, yet it hasn’t worked in months.
So slow I had to drive off after waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru speaker
I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to get my order and a car pulled up next to me and he got his order so I left I will never be back to this location

I went through the drive thru last night to order a slushie, I asked if they accepted apply pay bc I forgot my wallet and my sister told me they accept it through drivethru, the girl at the window said sorry we don’t and shut the window and her coworkers behind her were laughing said omg you did not just lie to her. I work in food service too so I know it’s annoying when people come in last minute but I wasn’t ordering food and the least they could do was politely say “sorry we’re about to close and we can’t take anymore orders.”
Also when I pulled up the backdoor was open and one of the workers was laying in the driveway ????

This was a horrible experience there was a girl who has been there a week she stated. she was left to make items she did not know how too. she was over whelmed and stressed 0/10 Management was no where to be found when we asked. the employee did not deserve that she was super sweet tho!

On multiple occasions I have sat at a stall for 30+ minutes waiting for my order when there have been no more than 5 customers. I have watched as people pull into stalls, try to order, only to leave because no one takes their order. At least two times all I ordered was a drink. I was informed that my order was on the way and it never came. I've had to drive around to the drive thru to even get someone to talk to because they don't respond to the button push. This evening I ordered a drink, already paid for through the app and was informed it would be delivered once I checked in. It never was and I had to drive around to the drive thru. I was asked to wait. I waited another 5 minutes for them to ask for my order (which, again, was already paid for). I waited, in all, 20+ minutes to try and get a drink. Never got it, so I drove away. I typically do not post reviews like this unless it's truly bad. But geez. Customers beware.

If I could give zero stars while giving a review, I would. My son was wanting to try their onion rings so he did an online order for onion rings and a drink and we pulled up and pressed the button. We waited 12 minutes and no one said anything or came out. Finally, a lady came out and asked the car 2 spaces over from us what their name was and asked for our name and said she’d be back. We waited another 10 minutes and she came out and handed me a drink and asked if they was it? I was like, no. She said oh did yall have food? And I said yes. She said she’d have to go inside and look for the receipt because she lost the ticket. We waited another 10-15 minutes and she finally brought his food out. By then, he had drank his drink, which they didn’t even fill up all the way. All in all we were there from 6:00-6:34pm for a drink and an order of onion rings.
Also we were parked right by the kitchen and we watched an employee handling the food vaping while handling people’s food. We will never return to this location.

There was only one car in front of me for the whole restaurant. My order was taken at the drive-through very quickly for a small slushy and small tater tots. I had to wait for 15 minutes behind that one car to get my cold tater tots and the wrong slushy. I have been trying to get food from there for over a month and every time I’ve just had to drive off because it takes so long. The online order also does not work for the Cottage Hill location. I’ve tried that multiple times over the past month. This was the last time I’m going there. What on earth are the people doing inside?!

I just had possibly the worst fast food experience ever here. I waited 45 minutes for a chicken wrap, tots, and mozzarella sticks. When the food finally came out it was stone cold and the chicken was inedible. I also watched the car hop lady drop a bag of food and then proceed to pick it up and try to give it to someone.

Every time I come to this sonic the service is horrible. They really need to close it down. I rarely go even though I like the blasts and drinks, because the service and experience are usually so bad. This time was no different.
As soon as I pulled up at a drive-up booth an employee asked me if I had ordered a certain order. I said no I just pulled up and haven't ordered yet. She said oh we are only doing online orders. I said okay and started to order online on my phone. As I was ordering online, another employee asked if I had ordered a slushie. I said no I didn't. He asked if I had ordered yet and I said no I am doing it online because another worker told me yall were only doing online orders. He said yes I'm sorry mam. I completed my order online and it said it would be ready by 5:17. I pushed the red button as it says online to do when you arrive to tell them my name for the online order. No answer. An employee came out and asked if I had an order for Jessica, and I said no and told them my name. While waiting at my booth, I hear someone at another booth verbally give their order. I then wait at the booth until 5:26, almost 10 minutes after my order was projected to be ready. I then pull around to the drive through window. I wait behind someone who pays cash and is given change, which you can't do with an online order. Then I pull up and the employee asked for my name and says oh I have it and hands me a melted sonic blast and then gives me my drink. I get it if they are only doing online orders, but that should apply to all customers, not just some. It's frustrating that two other people were allowed to make in person orders while I was there, which I would have rather done, but I was told they were only taking online orders. Also, ice cream shouldn't be made 10-15 minutes before it is given to someone.

Waited 30 mins on a slow night for someone to answer call button. Young woman answers saying ice cream machine is down after sitting here wasting time. If machine is down why didn't she answer call button sooner to ask if I was here for ice cream.
