We came here last night with a party of about 13 people. I just wanted to say that our waitress did a wonderful job. I can't remember her name but she was a young blonde girl who had mentioned that she was new to serving. The food was also delicious and came out within a timely manner.

Picked up a family meal for $60. The brisket was bone dry. The ribs are literally just a rack of bones with bbq sauce. Everything seemed to be old and dry. The sides were good and the service was fine. But the quality of the food was terrible.

It was a Sonny's experience as I remember from college. Good food, priced fairly and pleasant server at our call. Restaurant was clean, tidy.
Order was ready. I recieved a phone call from a real person letting me know it was ready for pick up. I also recieved an email. Great food. Everyone loved it.

Visited on 12/15/25 and ordered a takeout 4 meat combo (baby back ribs, white meat chicken and dark meat chicken) with green beans, baked beans and toast. It took less than 10 minutes even with 3 other customers before me, and the counter personnel were all very efficient and friendly. The food was exceptionally good; the ribs were moist and very tender but I must say that the chicken quarters were the star of the show on this visit. They were moist, tender and delicious with just the right amount of smoke. The fixings were good also. We began visiting Sonny's this year for the first time, mainly because we live in an out of the way area. However, I have to say that we have been several times and have never been disappointed. I have to add that the prices are very reasonable, and the portions of food are more than adequate. My husband and I always share a platter. We will continue to support Sonny's as one of our favorite BBQ restaurants.
