I think the barista’s name is Courtney, she literally makes the BEST drinks. I’ve been to Starbucks all across the country and hands down, she makes the BEST DRINKS!!

Came to this location a few times. After my bad experience with a cashier about a year and a half ago. I have not returned. The cashier felt the need to yell at my child instead of speaking to him .

Best Starbucks in Mobile. The sevice is awesome. I visit these location 3 or 4 times a week and they are always friendly, and my drink is always tasty. Great Job you guys!

Great service and very fast

I stopped here on my way to work, line moved very quickly, I was greeted so kindly and enthusiastically by Mark (I think that was his name, tall older male, black glasses, beard) - he was very patient and kind in the drive thru and it actually enticed me to do something nice and pay it forward to the car behind me! All smiles at the window, appropriate conversation & made the start to the morning 5x better! Will be back and hopefully greeted by him again! 😁

Got several different things medicine balls, carmel, Frappuccino, and pesto tomatoe sandwich.

Over roasted, over priced and over rated.

I love them!!!!!! They make my morning bright! They always make sure I’m pleased with my order. I never have issues with them fixing anything.

Only 2 people working around 10am...they was taking care of walk-ins DT and werent caring about online orders...when I learned is policy..how is that fair we do this so we don't have to wait because most of the time we can't wait!! After 30mins she finally jumped me infront of walkins.. but my drink was wrong and nasty and I couldn't wait another 30 mins...not her fault it's whoever manages the store should be wrote up. The girl call I guess her manager and she said "again" explaining what's going on...SMH
