I go through the drive-thru EVERY morning. I order the exact same thing. I tip the exact same thing. I get to work and my mocha is not sweet. I took it back and told the girl something was wrong with it. She made me another and gave it to me. I tasted it, and it was the same...terrible. I was very nice and told her that I had been drinking these for many years and I didn't know if it was the cream or mocha itself, but it wasn't sweet. The other girl (which I encountered last week as I had to go inside due to the drive-thru line) was so rude. She said it was made the right way and then I was ignored. I took the nasty 2nd mocha and started to leave. She said rudely...do you want another one and rolled her eyes. I knew I better leave as she would have been fired right there on the spot for treating a customer like that. I left and when I got back to work....I got the danish out of my purse...unfortunately...it was half gone. WTH...did someone half eat my danish? Was this a prank? I'm so angry and my starbucks every morning is now over. To the black girl that treated me like crap...I hope you find a job that makes you happy as you are truly miserable. You have no smile and just anger on your face. To the girl that re-made my drink...I don't know what was going on with you, but I hope you learn better customer service. I wasn't mad and didn't show anger at that point. You didn't seem to care about what I was saying. I know it's busy there, but each customer should be heard. You won't go broke without my business, but knowing you gave me a danish that someone had already eaten on....I will let everyone I come in contact with know this is what happened. Never again Starbucks...

The staff at this location was AMAZING! Especially CHRIS! He was fast, friendly, and efficient and advised me on Costco shopping. Expert in coffee, food, great customer service -while also a master in bargain shopping. Loved his energy and personality! The young lady taking my order was friendly and had a wonderful smile and great customer service. The young man making my coffee spoke to me and was genuinely nice and made an amazing iced latte. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast wrap- all delicious and hot! Clean location. Relaxing. 10/10 recommend! The staff made this location! Again, 10/10 recommend!

We visited this location on the morning of Saturday January 13th and I want to give a warm shout out to the lady and young man working that day. I didn’t get their names but the lady was slender. Very polite and helpful. The lady gave me recommendations based on dietary needs and they both were accommodating. I didn’t necessarily like the store itself as it was smaller and the lot is awkward but the employees were wonderful!

The service was good the atmosphere was good but the 2 drinks I got Sunday November the 26th was not so good I ordered both of them extra hot They were both mildly lukewarm And I ordered Vente and one of them was barely half full I didn't go back Sunday to say anything because I was too upset but I will not order or be back to this Starbucks again I paid $19 and some change and that's what I got never again

I never have to wait and always have such fantastic service. Love my little neighborhood coffee shop Best one in Mobile BY FAR. All the negative reviews are from YEARS back. You should give it another try.

I had to wait almost 30min for my mobile order. It is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how short staffed they are, their is no reason why it should take this long. People were coming in after my order picking up their drinks. Please do better!!!
