Normally go to this one and don't have a bad experience but when I'm paying 8$ for a coffee now that use to only be 5 I expect it to be right it was mostly whipped cream with a little bit of drink

I’ve always had great experiences here, except this morning. When I got to the window, the guy asked if I had a mobile order which I replied yes. He asked if I remembered my order and in that moment my mind blanked. I apologized and joked about not remembering and within 7 seconds, if that, I remembered. He then proceeded to hand me my drink and say “it seems like all of the cars have lost their brains this morning”. I am not a person who gives a crap about most interactions and I’m very understanding of people having a bad day/shift, but there was no reason to be so rude before it’s even 8 am. I believe his name was Zach. Zach, have the day you deserve

This Starbucks was by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever visited. Very clean the staff is very efficient and their drinks are next level good.
I ordered a tea with oat milk. I paid for oat milk. I expected to be drinking oat milk in my tea. Instead I am sweating and puking because either yall don't understand cross contamination or just threw regular milk in for funzies. Either way it looks like I'm calling out of work because of yall.

My family of 6 stopped by 20 minutes before closing and the doors were locked and the people working just looked at us and didn’t acknowledge we were even at the door. I come to this store all the time and didn’t appreciate them treating us like that. They could have at least told us they closed early or something. If I could have given a zero star I would have.
