I’ve heard of Starbucks not filling your cup up, but until this year I hadn’t actually experienced it. . . except at this location on multiple occasions. This particular location has a reputation for filling your cup only 2/3 full and hoping you won’t notice. Most of the time I just dealt with it and was aggravated but didn’t say anything. But today my coffee was almost 3 inches from the top of my cup😡 Make sure you take the lid off and check your cup before you leave....read full review
Y’all allow online ordering and also welcome grab and go orders however you’re making people go through the drive through and having to wait for 20 min for their order
my husband slipped and fell this morning at our Starbucks. he sustained injuries hurting his head back and knee his knee was bleeding and swell up. not only did they not check on him to make sure he was okay. when we asked to make a report we were told to call corporate. he asked for the corporate number and was told that he could find it online. so , they refused to write up a report about his injuries or, give him the number to corporate. they did not even check to make sure...read full review
