I was trying to order a sugar free drink and the lady told me to do it on the machine after I told her it did not give me the option. She made the drink and again I tried to explain to her that I needed it to be sugar free and advise her that you can go to any Starbucks and order a custom drink she advised me they are not the original Starbucks.
Very poor service and drink was trashed due not being able to drink it!!

I was so disappointed to feel how light the cup was when it was handed to me in drive thur. Then open the lid to see what looked like 4oz missing. Lol 😆

We brought a van of fifteen girls close to their closing time, but the workers kept a good attitude! They finished everything very quickly, and all of our drinks were amazing!?

Took 12 minutes to get me a coffee. The handed it to me without a sleeve. Did not apologize for the extremely long wait period and then asked, do you need a sleeve. Which I replied “what do you think?” And I almost drove off.

The Baristas here are awesome, well managed, excellent customer service, friendly, always smiling. This is my go to place whenever I have a bad day, and they always make me feel better.

Vegetarian options: They offer a variety of options for every appetite

Dietary restrictions: They usually show calorie content

Kid-friendliness: Really patient and kind with everyone, especially children

Wheelchair accessibility: They have Handicapped parking spots and wheelchair accessible tables, though the store is a bit small.

Busy store being so close to highway but the lines move quickly. My coffee wasn't made the way I like or the way I ordered. Always hesitant to send it back not trusting what could happen in that scenario however unlikely. I have literally dropped the drink in the trash on the way out it's just not worth the encounter most of the time. That doesn't mean I still not disappointed paying $5.55 for a cup of basically cream. Guess I try again. ☹️
