I do not recommend the frappacinos, I asked for extra espresso in my Peppermint Mocha Frappacino, it had zero coffee taste. Maybe the lattes, hot coffee, and iced coffees are better. I always order the same types of drinks around the holiday season, either Cream Brulet or Peppermint Mocha, this is the second frappacino I purchased from this location, both were very bland, had no taste, which is a shame for what I paid. I think I will stick to gas station coffee from now on, at least I know what I am getting for half the price.

Normally I wouldn't complain on this site, but this time I have too. I come here pretty much four or five times a week. 4:30am. This is the third time in a row my order is not consistent. I been getting the peacan crunch latte.(Iced ). 1. Didn't taste like peacan only the peacan crunch flakes on top of the foam. 2. It was half of foam and little coffee 3. And today it tasted awful. Didn't drink it. I'm just going to go to another coffee shop for now.

This Starbucks is on my way to work. I usually go through the drive through during the week around 1000 or 1015. It never fails there is a line around the building and even after you order is taken at a minimum of 20 + minutes to get the window only to be told they are making your drink now. They are in no hurry and always say they don't have enough employees on duty. I have decided as of to day to drive over to Dauphin Street and go to Yellow Hammer, even though it a little out of the way they are fast. I can still waste less time than Starbucks and make it to work early or on time. For the Price Starbucks charges they can afford to hire people. They don't care what you think and are rude
