I went with my wife to share a coffee when she arrived I asked for it, I tipped when I was asked to pay, no one informed me that it was about 10 minutes before closing time. I was chatting with my wife waiting to be notified that my coffee was ready. I looked at the end of the place and there was my order. Then while I was enjoying my order, the girl who was serving me told me that there were only 2 minutes left until closing time. So I had to leave in a hurry to enjoy my order. I won't be back. There

Tipped the guy $2 no thank you, no smile , nothing. It is Friday morning around 12 o’clock. I always order a hot chocolate but today it was watered down, bland, no taste of deliciousness. So disgusting so disappointed. I would love to get my money back. I’m pissed why can’t I have my favorite hot chocolate done right I don’t understand. Can’t even drink it.

A little upset about the upcharge for mocha drizzle and having to wait to place order. The employee she was still friendly and able to do it seemed like everything. I wouldn't have even realized there were 3 other employees in back if they hadn't made noise. Kudos to the hard worker and picking up the slack for your other

I pass other Starbucks locations just to stop at this one because they are SO fast and friendly. Huge shout out to Dez in the drive-thru. He deserves the world for how positive and friendly he is every single morning. This is the best location in all of Mobile!
I ordered a caramel macchiato and chai latte through the drive-through and waited for over 20 minutes. When I got the drinks, the macchiato was lukewarm, and the chai latte was not a chai latte. It tasted like burnt dishwater. I went in, and the manager made the drinks again. Yet again, the chai latte was not a chai latte. We gave up and drank what we had. I don’t recommend this location.

Late Saturday morning, Oct. 7, 2023Slow and rude... 3 staff members, minimally verbal, walking around in circles, unable to efficiently manage 5 customers... for a loooong wait, and a splash of angry indignant service, come over here. If you dare to ask about your order, your college-educated millenial barrista might tell you what she told me: it didn't come through and I have other orders ahead of you!... [followed by unintelligible muttering as she walks away]I'm not a starbucks customer in general, now I remember why...
